3rd time and I am missing the frozen custard. Not sure if everyone communicates. I was told I could come back if I was still hungry. This time I am posting to see how this location handles this.
Three times in a month, our take out orders were wrong. I called once, no good response, seemed like no big deal for them. Tonight, drove thru, one other car behind us, they weren’t busy, and our order was only for three people. No fries, no dipping sauces, no napkins and the Walleye dinner was cold.. we live less than five minutes away. Cold fish is horrible!!!! I can understand a few errors, but three in a short time, unacceptable.
