We are frequent customers of Nelson’s storefront in St Paul (Highland Park) and we decided to have them cater dessert at our wedding. It was a big hit with our guests! We had two scoopers who kept the line for ice cream moving quickly. While we wanted to include waffle cones after we signed our contract and paid for them after the fact, they did not make it to the venue. The serving sizes are enormous! The selection is outstanding. The lines are long. I wish I would have known It is cash only before we went. We just weren't able to get all we wanted, but loved it!
Always a fun memory to be made at Nelson's! I grew up stopped at Nelson's for their generous mountain of ice cream. Now I'm glad to continue bringing my children here for a special treat! So fun to put the phones away and enjoy an ice cream together out on the patio.
