Beautiful! We noticed this gem after eating at a neighboring business, therefore, unable to provide a rating for food & service, but we stopped at Papa's Rooftop at the top of the Historic Water Street Inn for a beverage, a look at the delicious menu and the million dollar view of the St. Croix!
We were there on Saturday 10/20/2025 about 2pm. Server was like he did not want to be there. We ordered tap beers, he said no tap, we ran out of Co2. I don't know when it will be fixed. No apology. We ordered 3 beers and a mixed drink, when they came he had them all mixed up.
Only 2 of the 4 of us ordered food 1 pizza fries and 1 salad. The food was good. When we asked for our tab he bought 3 of them for the 4 of us, and they weren't even ours

The food was pretty average I‘d say. The pizza looked like an average American, doughy pizza. The topping options sounded good though. The salads were good and fresh. In my option the salads are the best options.
