Great food. Love the decor!
When we stay at the Water Street Inn in Stillwater, it’s a must to go to Charlie’s for breakfast. It’s right downstairs from our room, so we don’t have get completely ready for the day before having a bite, and we don’t have to decide where to go for breakfast before we’ve had a decent amount of coffee.

Food is good. Portions are just enough. Not a biggest selection of beer. Outside was very nice. 3% fee included. Tips amount is not forced. Tables outside were kind of sticky.
