I stopped by the Cottage Grove Farmer's Market to grab some fresh veggies and spotted this booth. Many unique flavors, made with all natural ingredients. I tried the All Shook Up bar and it was AMAZING! I will definitely stop by the Stillwater location to try other flavors. Thanks for the delicious treat!
My fortuitous mistake is your gain.
I was bumming around Stillwater looking for an ice cream shop off the beaten path. I misread Sticks description as Ice Cream and Pop (i.e., cola). It is not; it is pop-SICLES. Turns out popsicles with real fruit was even better than ice cream.
The triple berry and the watermelon flavors were big hits. Parking is on street and there's no setting inside. It's off the beaten path, so it's all yours!
Love the Oreo popsicle with a big ol full size Oreo in it. Delicious!
I was at the Stillwater Farmers Market this weekend and stumbled upon this cute little ice pop stand! It was quite rainy and not ideal ice pop weather but it looked appealing so I checked it out. The gal who I presumed to be the owner was super friendly and recommended I try the Avocado Ice Pop aka “Little Hass on the Prairie” (love that name). I wasn’t sure what to expect as she said “it might sound like an odd flavor” but it ended up being stellar!
You get the richness from the avocado and a hint of lime which all together honestly reminded me of something similar to key lime pie. I also loved that these ice pops weren’t icy and had more of a creamy texture to them. They run about $5.50 an ice pop so definitely on the premium side. However, it is locally made using quality ingredients and a small business so the prices are probably justifiable.
A must stop while visiting Stillwater. Great unique flavors that hit the spot on a hot summer day.
Great place for a unique frozen treat.
A great flavorful treat! You can tell these are made with high quality ingredients. The cashier was very friendly and told us how his daughter makes all these popsicles fresh on site. I started with the MN Berry and I can't wait to try the others ?

I purchased the Avocado ice pop! It was amazingly good! So creamy, had a touch of lime taste. I would rather eat these instead of ice cream. Highly recommend you try one or two…yummy! Do you sell these anywhere in Eau Claire, WI?

I cannot say enough about Sticks! We met Catie at The Stillwater Farmers Market today and had the best popsicle we’ve ever tried! The flavors were so inventive and the ingredients were so fresh and real. No preservatives or junk, just real food! We’ll be checking her shop out for sure! Thank you for the great morning snack! -Meg

I first discovered Sticks at the Washington County Fair. Had the most delicious watermelon popsicle. So refreshing. And the owner was so kind and helpful. Highly recommend.

I have had the pleasure of meeting Catie a handful of times and she's absolutely amazing! You can tell the mission of her business truly comes from the heart and her love for creating enticing, beautiful and whole ingredient treats is unmatched! We recently used Catie & Sticks, The Ice Pop Shop for our baby's gender reveal and it was such a fun experience for us and everyone involved! Catie worked with us to ensure our pops were made perfectly (with the color of our baby's gender inside each ice pop!) and we so appreciated her help making this exciting time in our lives a little sweeter! :)

Really good Popsicles. You must stop by!!
I am about halfway through trying all the flavors and have loved them all so far! Super friendly owner (and staff), great vibe at the store location, and the mural board is a really cool added touch. I'm hooked and will keep trying the new flavors!
This was delicious and really close to Teddy Bear Park. The owner was helpful with getting me set up with Google Pay since I didn't know where my wallet was. (?) The da bomb one was refreshing since we were roasting after playing, and she even had a drip stopper for kids. Thanks! We will be back.
YUM!!!! So good and who doesn’t want to support a small, local and woman owned popsicle shop!!
