terrible experience on my husbands birthday. was told it was an hour wait for food and it ended up being 2.5 hours. We were told after 2 hours of waiting that they only had 1 prime rib left and we ordered 2 of them 2 hours prior. When the food finally showed up, my husbands prime rib was thinner than a pancake and I am NOT exaggerating. Rainbow has always saved our family on nights I’m not able to cook. Food is always good and customer service is good as well.
