Doc's Sports Bar & Grill

Great location and food is good but the service time and time again is horrible! Today we saw the ad on social media for all day happy hour and burger baskets and we came here at 2 pm, place was dead and the bartender was rude and dismissive, not honoring the ad even after we showed it to her that it was posted TODAY. We will not be returning. Parker’s Sand bar down the road has excellent service and food.

The flies are getting to be very annoying I'm not sure why it's not being taken care of but it's been an issue all summer.

2 Adults, 3 Kids. Ordered the Brisket Sandwhich w/SP Fries, Cheese Curds, a couple drinks and 3 kids meals. Food was very good, portions were fantastic (Sandwhich is HUGE, we shared), and our service was great. Our waitress went above and beyond and got us a heaping helping of sweet potato fries to share. Price was very good for a Bar & Grill. Only reason not a 5 star was that we have had better SP fries before, but these were still very good.

Everyone in our party enjoyed their food and drink. We went there for dinner on a Wednesday evening. I like that it wasn't loud in the restaurant. The music was at a good volume. We could hear each other in conversation which is something important to us. The service was a little slow, but the staff was nice.

We stopped here to eat after a dusty day on the nearby ATV trails. Had the walleye sandwich and the club sandwich. Both were very good and the seasoned sour cream went well with the seasoned fries. Very friendly wait staff as well. We'll be back for sure!

Parking: Large parking areas for vehicles pulling trailers. We had our SXS trailer and there was plenty of room.

The Bloody Mary’s here are good, but the food is absolutely horrible, nearly inedible. The soup was gelatinous. The breadsticks served with a few meals were rock solid and beyond stale. Steak bites were like leather. The nacho chips were extremely salty and the tomatoes atop were past their due date. Definitely a place for drinks but I’d never eat here again.

Service was great. Food was extremely disappointing. I ordered the 10z ribeye, medium rare. It came back medium well. Not only was it overcooked, but somehow it was still grey with no sear. Half of the ribeye was gristle, and the other half was grey over cooked meat. Wife’s burger was dry and the tots were flavorless and unsalted.

If I didn’t pay over $30 for the steak, I wouldn’t have left a review. It’s not hard to cook a med rare steak, but if you are going to overcook it, please at least sear it. I never complain to the server, their job is hard enough as it is. Won’t be back tho.
