Yummy “expresso”. Great service.
Great little coffee shop! Highly recommend stopping here for your morning fix. We tried several different specialty coffees and they were all very good. The flavors are original without being over the top, more of a subtle blend that hints at the idea rather than overpowering it. We loved it and would definitely recommend checking this place out.

Everything about Coffee Talk is splendid! The vibes and service alike are immaculate! My favorite local coffee spot! As an added bonus, it's right near all these cute local shops and by Interstate park! Definitely stop by if you are out on the town :) Also, they support their local artists!

Delicious espresso. Unique historical building. We were surprised that it wasn't busier than it was. Also check out the upstairs area for seating.

Great coffee spot! I loved watching the barista carefully weigh the beans and time the shot — it set the tone for an excellent espresso experience. And it truly was some of the best espresso I’ve ever had.
The shop has a cute, welcoming atmosphere and a wide variety of flavor options, though honestly, the espresso is so good you don’t even need to add anything to it.
When we visited, the line was to the door and it took about 25 minutes to get our drinks. There was just one employee at the counter, but they were working as quickly and efficiently as possible. Given the quality of the coffee, the wait felt completely reasonable.

Good, robust Americano (4 shots of espresso in a large Americano). Cozy indoor and outdoor space, but some weird wall art. Only one food option (a breakfast roll - mix between croissant & cinnamon roll, either cinnamon or raspberry, but good).

I really enjoy the atmosphere here. The coffee is very good (maybe excellent), and people are generally cheery. It's a great place to get away from the home office.

My dad and I stopped here before heading home and the lady working there was a sweetheart. She helped me come up with a non coffee cold drink and let me say, it was delicious and perfect for the heat. I wish I would’ve asked for her name because she was so nice and helpful! Definitely stopping here on my next trip!

The owner here is so sweet!! We loved the coffee shop here. Upstairs has an area to enjoy coffee or outside in the back is so beautiful. I would definitely recommend this mom and pop coffee shop if you are not from here.

It was crowded so we didn't get a chance to see it
Dude with orange tinted glasses and a cool cyberpunk haircut served me possibly the best latte I’ve had in years. Would recommend. Atmosphere is cozy too.

Our family stopped by here and so enjoyed the coffee and atmosphere. This is a great even if you have young kids, the lady running place gave our two year old a free little travel coffee cup with milk, which was so cute! The upstairs has some amazing view of Taylor’s Falls and was big enough for our kid to play with some of her toys without getting in the way. Great spot to stop with kids!

Great service and flavors. Ordered a few coffees and some rolls. The gluten free chocolate muffin was good too. After a walk in Interstate it was a place to recharge. We paid for parking across the street at Interstate.
