The staff there is very pleasant, friendly, hardworking, and professional. The restaurant is always really clean and tidy, and also always smells wonderful, creating a very inviting dine-in atmosphere. And the food is always scrumptious and hits the spot!

I’ve really been enjoying some of the new menu items that Subway has released over the past 1-2 years, too, and also the flatbread option that can be substituted for a sub roll (yummy Perfection!). And the Subway app also has some Really fantastic deals available, as well, that are great for saving money!

Such awesome and friendly workers there now. Plus all the veggies looked so fresh and the bread was
awesome to which made a happy grandson with his footlong chicken terriaky sub and was actually able eat it all awesome woohoo

Asked for a double meat sandwich with 2 types of cheese on it.
But no, I was served by an arrogant young blond haired boy who chose not to listen to what I asked for and gave me a single serving of meat with 2 types of cheese.
Paid for it and went to my car so I could enjoy it on my way home. I opened up the wrap and was getting ready to put Mayonnaise on the meat and realized it was a single meat sandwich. This made me up set, so I took it back in letting the people behind the counter this was made incorrectly.
In response, I got no appology, no offer to correct or re-make the sandwich

It's subway. The sandwiches are pretty average. They could be improved with better bread. The place is clean. Last time I went the service could have been better. I stood there without being acknowledged. I was ignored for about 10 minutes until they finally got caught up. I didn't appreciate that.

Incompetent workers messed up orders 50% of the time. Let the manager know he was incompetent and should spend more time training. He denied that. Worse service ever and they don't make it right

i used to love ordering here two years ago..when i wanted a treat for lunch ordered to my previous place of work i’m sad to say, i haven’t had satisfactory service from this location at all this year!! (2024) the first few disappointing experiences i chalked up to normal human mistakes. BUT TWICE NOW i’ve had SUBWAY HAS CANCELLED MY ORDER WITHOUT CALLING me to notify me or tell me why. the first time I CALLED THEM to ask what was up..long story short it was an order fulfillment issue they had me reorder the order because their truck order hadn’t come yet so they had me replace my order because now the truck arrived and they had me re order the order.. THIS TIME i’ve placed an order for my workmates and myself $57 worth of food and AGAIN my order has been cancelled without any warning.. or reason.. here we are waiting for our food and it never came. only to find out they cancelled the order IF YOU CANT FUFILL AN ORDER CALL THE CUSTOMER TO LET THEM KNOW THAT
I unfortunately am not willing to deal not having my food made right or apparently not made at all.. no matter how bad I’m craving a Subway sandwich…OVER IT!!

Employees are incredibly rude, and can’t correctly make online sandwich orders. My last orders haven’t came out correctly, and when I called to fix this last time I got hung up on. Very rude.

The girl behind the counter was getting ready to make my child's sandwich and then adjusted her hat with the same gloves she was making sandwich so I asked her to change gloves before making our 3 sandwichs then got made and started slamming things down cause she was mad at for asking.

JUST AMAZING SERVICE from the workers , amazing subs, I had a pizza sub and it was delicious the bread was perfect crisp and the vegetables was fresh just amazing. I recommend you to go there !!!

I had to deal with the most rude worker I have ever seen. RUBEN is his name. After ordering and paying $3 more for dbl meat I was told it was only extra on the receipt when it showed the price for dbl. When I questioned the amount I was told by one worker it was only extra and RUBEN proceeded to pull out a scale to weigh meat and called it science. After I told him they use containers to portion(because I could not fully understand him) and it's not science he proceeded to mock me and waive me out the door. I wasn't trying to be rude but RUBEN does not speak good english and I could not understand everything he was saying. I believe that's why he got upset and admitted to mocking me twice. I actually took my cpl dollars back that I threw in there tip jar. When I did that he told me to take the change that was in there as well and again waived me out of the restaurant. I will be staying away from the place because of RUBEN. I have not talked to the manager yet because one was not working. I will though and I will update this post with the response. I wish they had the Subway in Walmart still. ***Update***I spoke with the manager today and she was very understanding and concerned. She was very nice. We hashed out the issue. You can't blame the team for one bad egg. Just keep an eye out for Ruben the Cuban.

I cannot rate this fine restaurant badly, but I write today of a concern with a single employee. The young girl who prepared my food had perhaps one hundred or more laceration scars on her arm, the type that are often self-inflicted. Her demeanor was fine, and one hopes she has quickly outgrown this psychosis, but by the restaurant management refusing to take steps to hide this horrid sight, they let down both employee and customer. As I watch my food being prepared, I have to wonder what other mental aberrations are permitted out of sight. And I worry for the girl, who will never be shamed enough to truly grow.

I ordered 2 footlongs with curbside delivery. I arrived 5 minutes before it would be ready. I checked in and was parked right in front of the Curbside Zone sign. App said order was ready at the estimated time and it said someone would be out soon. After 10 minutes I went in to see what was going on. I would have just left it at that and understand things happen but I was told I was not there. I had a bright blue SUV and only two cars were out there and no way it could be confused of who was who. Besides that nobody came out at all as I was right in front of the door so to tell me I was not there I could not go without leaving a review. To make matters worse I had a Philly cheesesteak so when I got home it was cold and soggy and then I had asked for mayo and they put a spicy hot sauce on it. I love hot sauces but unfortunately my stomach does not like it anymore so basically just threw out the money. And this is where tipping before service is ridiculous as I left a good tip as I always do. The 2nd sandwich was fine but that was my friends.
