5 stars! Not only the drinks are so good, the people who work there are just as amazing! My second time coming in, the kind lady working knew who I was and what I wanted to order based on our previous conversation the week prior. It’s so humbling to be recognized and remembered, we often forget how good that feels! My daughter is looking forward to many trips there with friends this summer! Thank you for all you do Energy On Main!
On multiple occasions, employees have spoken badly about loyal customers to other customers. It is very unprofessional to spread false information about customers as a business owner, really unfortunate.
Drinks are good, but when I used my buy one get one free (up to $7.00) coupon, I was not allowed to get a punch on my punch card for the drink I purchased. I was told “the owner said we can’t punch that when using a coupon because it’s like you’re getting 25% off of each drink”. Doesn’t make sense at all. I should get credit for buying a drink at full price.
