Arby's TRF is amazing! Their staff is always friendly and even when they're super busy, they are polite and respectful. Food is hot and delicious! I'm so glad we have them in town.
This Arby's went above and beyond normal customer service after a problem with my order. I used drive thru and ordered a Greek Gyro Combo. I ate in the parking lot but saw they gave me the Roast Beef Gyro. I went back to get it changed and they did not hesitate to fix me a new gyro. The young lady kept apologizing. I would have been happy with the gyro and apology as I know mistakes happen but they also gave me fresh hot fries, an apple turnover and a card for a free sandwich...read full review
