In our experience, the food is either amazing or feels like it was sitting under a heatlamp. During the summer, the wait is long for your food but the food is fresh, winter its the opposite. So if you dont mind standing in a long line and waiting for your food, Culvers a great place in the summer.

Sad location. Service in drive through with family had so many issues from wrong items and sad food and spent close $50. Ok, it happens. Good help is hard to find. I get it. Left feedback online...why not we had a long drive ahead, Got email from 'manager' asking for 'phone number' which I provided...and nothing. Ok, not great. Let's see what happens when I call the number, nothing. I mean throw a guy a bone...maybe a custard comp but no. I used to think Culver's was 'different' in a good way. They are just like all the rest of fast food places.

I ordered a single butter burger with the works no onion, what I got was a salty as hell cheeseburger. Ordered marinara with cheese curds but got bbq instead!!! Do better Culver’s!!!!

Awful fish sandwich. Overcooked hard cod filled. Hard old bun Hamburger was actually flat like it was sat on.
My food was good and the staff was polite and had my food out to me quickly. The sourdough melt did not have the double patties that I paid for. This was the only issue and as not large.

Good general Culver’s experience. The outside dining experience feels a bit like generically eating next to the main road and surrounded by cars on all sides. If you haven’t seen the awesome native plant landscaping at the Culver’s in Baxter - please copy that landscaping Two Harbors location! You could be truly integrated into the landscape, and just a spectacular experience/peacefulness outside the restaurant.

I ordered at the drive through and ordered a crispy chicken with bacon and pretzel bites. When I got home I looked in the bag and to my surprise no pretzel bites. I live outside of town so going back would put me another half hour. I called and spoke to Leandra, she did send out a coupon for the mishap and apologized. So thank you for that.
