I had high hopes for Ledge Rock Grille in Two Harbors, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and concerning.
The food was uninspired and arrived at the table nearly room temperature, making it unappetizing from the start. For a restaurant with this reputation and price point, I expected much more care and attention to detail in preparation and presentation.
Dining out in today's economy should be an enjoyable if not pleasant experience, but between the lackluster, improperly served food and the unsanitary atmosphere, I left feeling not only disappointed but also concerned. At this time, I cannot recommend Ledge Rock Grille and hope that management takes swift action to address these serious issues.
Not worth the drive, time or the money at this time.

Great place to get some food! They had a special that was delicious and refreshing. I know it is important to keep refreshing The minus, but there are a few items that I would like to see come back. 1. Deconstructed pumpkin cheesecake 2. Creme brulee 3. Fried provolone
These items were amazing, please bring them back. Other than that, you will be glad you ate here

I tried the chorizo sweet potato soup and the Swedish meatballs, and they were both heavenly. They also had wine from the Loire Valley, France, a favorite source of wine for me. My server, Chase, was so kind and helpful. I sat by the window and watched hummingbirds flying over the hydrangeas outside. It was a beautiful, peaceful, and delicious meal.

The food was exceptionally well prepared. It took a while to get it, but it was well worth the wait. The wait staff was friendly and attentive.
Sadly, in several days of eating out in this area, this was the biggest disappointment. Both in the high price and the low value. One of our hot meals was brought to the table and it was refrigerator cold. Just not the good feelings that we expected for the posted menu prices. Wade staff was very friendly but it shouldn't be their job to apologize for the kitchen. We will try them again, but if the second time is like the first time it will be the last time. Also all the appetizers and entrees were brought out together in the same moment. Very unusual for a restaurant trying for this price point.

Our server, Shauna, was spunky and delightful. We enjoyed District 7 Pinot Noir and The Lake Glass cocktail- The food these past two nights was delicious: salmon, walleye and Swedish meatballs.

My wife and I stopped by to have a late afternoon dinner. We love this place. The ambiance of a beautifully decorated resort overlooking Lake Superior allows one to relax. Our server Sky greeted us with a big smile. Sky recommended several dishes and answered all our questions. My wife had the Chicken Apple brie and substituted the wild rice with polenta instead of mashed potatoes. I had the Rice Bowl and added shrimp to it. OMG both dishes included grilled Brussels sprouts. My rice bowl also included grilled squash, Grilled broccolini and grilled cauliflower. Each of these vegetables were grilled to perfection. Mixed with the shrimp and rice polenta, it was perfect. I do a lot of cooking and to get vegetables to be cooked like this was so impressive.
We both enjoyed a glass of wine and Sky was just a delight to have waiting on us.
Ambiance, great service and delicious food pretty much sums this up.
