This was my first year having Lou's and I will be back! I tried trout, Cajun salmon, and sugar salmon and they were all delicious. I also bought a beef summer sausage and it was THE best I have ever had. I had to stop on my way out of town to buy more fish and couple more sausages to share with my family. I cant wait to visit again!

We got the white fish and cajun smoked salmon. Both were so sweet. The white fish was pretty musky, fishy, and sweet and without any salty. The cajun fish wasn't salted at all and also sweet. My partner and I have open palates but this was too american-overly-sweetend. Having a hard time finishing these. Glad we sampled the beef jerky as it was also sweet jerky. Sadness. If you're a sweet tooth maybe its for you.

Very high quality smoked fish. In the top five we've ever tasted. Cajun Salmon was delicious with just enough spice to not overwhelm the fish. Actually thought the Peppered Trout was slightly better. The oilier flesh made it more moist. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff too. We'll be back!
