Ordered online shipped to my residence. Product was on time, stellar packaging. Communication and tracking info from seller was timely, and Ashleigh’s enthusiasm and humor were great. The smoked shrimp and smoked fish were fantastic. Cheese curds were excellent as well. Succulent and flavorful. Will definitely purchase from Lou’s again.

This was my first year having Lou's and I will be back! I tried trout, Cajun salmon, and sugar salmon and they were all delicious. I also bought a beef summer sausage and it was THE best I have ever had. I had to stop on my way out of town to buy more fish and couple more sausages to share with my family. I cant wait to visit again!

We got the white fish and cajun smoked salmon. Both were so sweet. The white fish was pretty musky, fishy, and sweet and without any salty. The cajun fish wasn't salted at all and also sweet. My partner and I have open palates but this was too american-overly-sweetend. Having a hard time finishing these.
Glad we sampled the beef jerky as it was also sweet jerky. Sadness. If you're a sweet tooth maybe its for you.
