“A recent re-opening of a restaurant under new resort management. My spouse and I chose to spend a Tuesday evening dining at the Vue of Superior Shores. Sparse diners in evidence but a very pleasant overall experience. A hummus appetizer was full of flavor, served with thinly sliced naan bread. The next course was parsnip soup, served in a large bowl. Creamy texture but flavorful. The main course was grilled walleye sourced from Oregon, presumably farm raised. Prepared with aioli infused with flavor of chili. Texture firm. Complemented by a generous portion of risotto. Dessert included blueberry sponge cake adorned with whipped cream and vanilla ice cream. Divine! Wine and cocktail offerings were generous. Overall, a delightful surprise, moderately priced. Kudos to the chef and very accommodating server. We intend to return to this venue.“
