We have not been having good luck at this subway. You pretty much have to watch them make your food to get anything worthwhile, and the downside of that is you find out just how unhappy every employee is.

So go inside, otherwise you’ll find incorrect ingredients including wrong sauces and cheeses, a half—toasted sandwich where the cheese isn’t even melting yet, and so much sauce that your entire sandwich is soggy before you unwrap it - even when you ask for light sauce.

It’s also worth noting that if you order online and add sides like pop, chips, or cookies they will not be in your bag and you’ll stand in line the entire time anyways while your sandwiches get more and more soggy because they won’t look up even if you stand 2 feet from the counter for 10+ minutes. I have grabbed my own drinks and chips and left my cookies the last few times and didn’t bother ordering them this time.

Definitely not following subway franchise standards, and some retraining should probably be done.

If you do go to this location, I’d definitely recommend going inside to order and deal with the line. If you must go through drive through or order line then you want sauces on the side if you want an edible sandwich. The interior is nice overall.

Side note: I’m not super picky, and I worked at an unrelated subway before. The food is just being made incorrect to the point where even my low standards are stressed.

Second side note: they close the drive through with cones so often that I wonder why they have a drive through.

Third side note: I feel that I should leave a 1/5 star review, but I’m being generous.

Absolutely the rudest, flippant, unhelpful staff experience ever at this location!
Wouldn't assist with discount code - online or while in the store...or ANY attempt with an apology for lack of training or service skills.
With all the options out there for the consumer these days, not the best way to handle a regular customer. Culver's service is super, and deserves my business from here on out in Two Harbors.
And Jersey Mike's whenever possible elsewhere...

The short-haired girl behind the counter spent more time flirting with the boys in front of me than she did waiting on other customers. The other girl just waited at the cash register doing nothing to help with orders. I told The long-haired boy that he will want to dump the cucumbers because the shorthaired girl dumped a bunch of hot chicken juice in them when she was attempting to make a sandwich for one of the boys. Gross! He just looked exasperatingly at the shorthaired girl took off his apron and walked away, it seems all she had time for it to flirt with Boyz and argue with him. I was trying to give Subway a second chance. The store was an absolute mess and only one worker the last time I was there there. At seven dollars for a half a sandwich and four dollars for a water I would expect better service. I absolutely do not understand how they stay in business! Do better Subway!

One of the employees (a guy with beard, I think, Dave) was slamming the doors & had the worst attitude.
Not sure if it was because we were not White, or …
His coworker, a young girl was sweet.
That Dave guy does not belong in retail or anywhere dealing with public.
He is costing you money and customers.
I’m sure you can do better.
There are a ton of options within 1/2 miles of your store.

I came here on a visit from the cities. There weren’t workers. one of them David who had some sort of really huge anger mamgemt problem was slamming the doors of the bread, toaster, microwave etc. he would be swearing under his breathe as well. never took it out on any customers but still was a very bad image. the other worker was a female with short hair she was the sweetest and super nicest and enthusasist. came in on july 5 7 pm. i hope that girl gets a raise.

Smart order on the outside intercom screen. I had a Tuna Melt with extratuna.And when I reviewed my order.As I was leaving out of the drivethru... I couldn't see any tuna on it.I'd literally open the whole sandwich up and dug my fingers through and it was maybe a half of a scoop of tuna smashed into the bun. I was furious....I went inside and politely told them that I think that perhaps this belonges o someone else as it looked like a veggie sub. I let him see me dig my finger through the bottom of the bone.And he looked like he was surprised that it was so little and he wanna head and gave me one additional scoop..... Keep in mind a six inch sub gets two scoops of tuna and if you order the Deluxe protein that's an extra scoop. When he went to scoop the tuna.
, I could hear him clattering the container as it was nearly empty.
