Portions are pathetic compared to 10 years ago. Vadnais Heights location seems the worse of the few locations I have visited in North metro. If I was the manager here or if I was Chipotle I would definitely have a chat with the employees and tell them to be generous with their portions. These skimpy portions have caused people like me to not eat at Chipotle as often as I used to. $12 each for these. The bowls from at least 10 years ago would hardly fit the lid on, they were so full. Disappointing.

Always out of at least 1 type of meat, give small portions and only ever 1 person on the line every time I come in so takes a very long time. Would recommend the Maplewood location over this one better staffed.

Wow this might be the worst location in the twin cities. This is by far the grossest and dirtiest location. They didnt have have enough staff so the line was slow and the staff were slightly impatient and rude. I also got a bag of chips and I ended up getting a bag of crumbs. Avoid this location if possible, its worth the extra drive to Forrest Lake or Maplewood locations......

I asked for black beans and guy asked me after if I wanted double chicken. I was charged for double chicken but I had double beans.

Able to order pickup through the app until 10:50 ish and I get off work at 10 so I order pickup on the app scheduled for 10:20PM but when I get off work and go there, the doors are closed and they have closed this early on multiple occasions while the google marker states they close at 11. The doors will even be unlocked and then you'll have someone tell you they're closed. Please update the hours on google it seems like everywhere is changing hours like with target and dollar tree also beware ordering from Uber Eats from this place because they wont even make your order but still automatically accept the order. I waited 2 hours just to realize no progress was being made so I decided to cancel my order just for me not to get a refund because apparently I have to compensate a non-existent driver and a restaurant that never made my order I paid for...

The last 5 or so times I have been here they were out of cheese or rice, chicken, tonight they were out of chicken and cheese.. the employees are awesome, I think they need new managers..the girl tried to explain that it was gogo today, that doesn't explain the other times.. manager should have been prepared.. I feel really bad for the Dashers!

Ordered online. Picked up and checked before walking out. Thankfully as there were no chips as ordered. Excuse me...were you going to tell me you didn't have chips?! Nope. Did we get a credit for zero chips...nope. Oh and no fajita veggies on either order....you out of that too??? Third time in a row this place was out of something and didn't let us know ahead of time...we're done going to this location until they get their act together. Staffing seems to be an issue, clearly inventory order person doesn't have a clue, and someone needs to attend to the dining area. Taco Bell is closer and they don't run out of supply.

It’s been over a year now of incorrect orders, crappy portion sizes, and having to constantly ask for things that should have been in the order. Chipotle has really gone down hill and this location is a prime example of how far it has fallen.

I had a burrito bowl with the new steak and it was very tasty but not hot at all, also it could have been much cleaner especially the glass you look through at the food , the staff was very friendly.
