Chipotle Mexican Grill

I keep giving this location another try. I’m done this time. My advice would be to never order online. Always a problem, every time. Today I wasted 40 minutes of my time waiting for an order that didn’t go through. The staff were aloof and didn’t care.

One of the girls, I know she has light brown hair, she was working tonight not sure her name, and she needs an attitude check, and maybe be fired. I don’t know her life or anything like that. But I asked for sour cream and she barely even filled it to the top. And I’m spending how much on food? 🤷🏼‍♀️I would have the boss check her attitude and customer service.

My rice was severely undercooked it wasn’t even edible. My portions were insanely small even for a kids meal. Workers are always rude and have an attitude.

Hard to recommend Chipotle anymore. Prices are high while food quality declines and portions shrink. Online orders are late and the restaurant runs out of items like chips leaving you to fend for yourself for a refund.

I keep Stop coming here cause its getting horrible! They dont serve like the used to, seems to always be on a rush but there is always a huge line, maybe they need more staff...
The manager doesn't care, its sad cause that is the closest chipotle to me, but rather drive to get what I am paying for...

7/26/2025 . I Got a burrito bowel and 20 mintues later I developed symptoms of food poisoning. Severe stomach cramping.
How did I know it was chipotle? I didn’t eat anything all day and chipotle was the only thing I had.

Always charge for extra cheese but never give it to you if you order it online. But that seems to be the theme regardless of the location.

The absolute worst Chipotle I've ever been to. This is not a one time experience. I've been to this location at least ten times and I have never seen a table that looked clean, nor have I seen anyone in the process of wiping anything down. At least half those times there were no napkins available. You'd think at least by accident there would be some napkins in one of their three huge napkin dispensers. The hot food trays are always trashed and they've run out of items without having a backup ready multiple times.
I've worked in the food industry and understand how difficult and high stress it is. This location is either understaffed or suffering from bad management decisions or both. And I would be surprised if the food was up to code. I can't see how a place could be that consistently filthy but somehow the food is okay? Probably not. I can't eat there anymore.

Easily worst ran chipotle I have ever experienced. I will drive 15 more minutes out of my way to avoid this location. Consistently out of multiple items, or simply unprepared causing long wait times. Terrible management, terrible service
