Chipotle Mexican Grill

Maybe it's my fault for ignoring the horrendous reviews, and trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. Don't make my mistake - go somewhere else.

Order placed at 6:00. Promised 6:20. Delivered 6:40.

That's 40 minutes to make ONE bowl. Whatever process they think that is working for online orders... it's not.

That was the wrist chipotle I ever had the worse service ever, then done messed up my whole order my food was flipped up side down in the bag with sour cream all in my bag. Never going back. Never go there. Yall should close down this joint.

I see tons of bad reviews. Guess it might be a hit or miss.

Stopped in 2pm, ordered and got it quick. Except I noticed the lettuce missing. I got away with double meat. So maybe this is why it wasn’t terrible lol.

Uhhhh, since when is a Chipotle burrito the size of a deck of cards? I just ordered this for delivery.. it's true, they give you more if you go in person... Always heard chipotle burritos are supposed to be a certain weight. Everytime I order from them I get less and less, Yet the price never changes.. I guess the money for the supplies comes out of the employees pockets and they don't wanna lose money? I get that, but you're ripping off the people who pay the person who writes your check. I will post my " burrito " with a photo of a standard paper coupon.

Ordered online and picked up. The wrong bowl was inside. Had to go back to return. They redid the bowl, went home, and didn't follow the ingredient that was ordered, messed up again.

went to pickup my food, and when i got there, the main entrance door has a sign that said to use the other door. i tried the other door, but it was locked. workers inside saw me knocking for them to open, but they decided to act blind and ignore me. a worker even went to refill her drink which was right next to the door, and chose to ignore me. a customer let me in as they left, and i spoke to the worker that both of the doors are locked, so there’s no way anyone could even get in. again, they ignored me and didn’t resolve the issue either.

I usually get bowl with brown rice, veggies and cheese. (Vegetarian). The last 2 times I went here they had no fajita veggies. The second time I was in line behind 6 other people. The women behind the counter did not understand me and basically ignored me after telling me no veggies. She said “short staff”. She was short with me and basically rude to me. I was not being rude to her. Asked for manager info and another employee said to me “we will be even more short staffed cause I am leaving for the day”. Bad service and failure to meet needs of customer.

I can here again for the second time in the row the staff was ready to leave before 10 pm and they said they ran out of food and they had the doors locked at 930 this is unacceptable

Food was brought out and was leaking my burrito was in a ball and was hard to eat, they forgot half of our order and mixed up our food with other containers, service was horrible and the food was just no, I love chipotle but this was just not it I am so disappointed and this is just outrageous.

Placed online order, showed up 20 mins later order wasn't ready, waited patiently only to be told 10 minutes later that they were out of steak. No offer for anything else, she went on with her other duties. So I'm out 14.35 for a burrito I guess.

Update: Made 5 attempts over a 2 hour period to contact the store by phone, no answer.
