Jersey Mike's Subs

I really love Jersey Mike’s sandwiches but the staff here suck.

The service I received today was embarrassing. I ordered 2 sandwiches and paid. I waited 15 minutes while they made another families 8 sandwiches. Which wouldn’t be an issue except this family is behind me, and then everybody after them had their order ready made. When I asked them what happened? They completely forgot about my order.

It was literally a turkey and provolone sandwich and I didn’t get the hot honey. I was up charged for.

I would like to feel like this is an error made because it was busy but everyone else was white and their service was great. How did you ask me if I was eating here, ready to cut my sandwich and continue to make 8 more and have the order behind them ready immediately but completely forgot mine.
I should have returned this food but my kid was hungry…

Do better. That was disappointing.

I used to work at the Walmart across the street and would come here nearly every shift for my lunch break. It wasn't just the food that kept me returning it was mostly the workers, everyone who has taken my order or made my sub is so upbeat, euthanistic, and fun to talk to, it's clear they enjoy what they do and it shows in both the service and quality of food. I don't work at walmart anymore and yet I go out of my way to come to this specific jersey mikes location because of the team they got. I always walk out of there with a smile thanks to the workers there. Special shoutout to Eric, he's THE man on the grill, been consistently making the most detailed, put together, and tastiest subs for me while giving me personal reccomdations to craft the perfect sub 😎

Jersey Mike’s never disappoints! The staff here is always friendly and efficient. You can really tell they work as a team and take pride in what they do.

The sandwiches are made fresh right in front of you, and everything—from the bread to the toppings—is top quality.

This is the closest jersey mikes to my house. I went in today and ordered a giant 7 with mayo. I brought it home and it tasted sweet as if there was miracle whip on it. Everytime i order a hot sub the bread is hard or COVERED in corn meal. The manager here doesnt seem to help with customer complaints or care about quality control. I get that its just miracle whip, but when its all over my $20 sub I feel someone should care about the quality. I will be taking my buisness elsewhere. Very disappointing.

Went in and got two sandwiches both came with mayo, which was completely fine. Got home to eat my food and the mayo is awful. It definitely was not mayo. It was either miracle whip or the mayo was bad, outdated. I called to express my concerns and they did nothing for me. Just kept saying
“It is mayo and it’s completely fine.” Not how you handle customers completes. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

How hard is it for you to understand what lite hotsauce means. My sandwhich is swimming in it, and falling apart.
This happens every single time I say "lite" anything. You go out of your way to dump it on. Learn how to read the damn ticket. It can't be that hard.

This place has really gone down hill. Had a order for pick up and after an hour of waiting I just told them to refund my money!

For the record, Jersey Mike’s is our family’s preferred (by a mile) national sandwich chain — we visit almost every week after church. But, this location gets our review because it’s our favorite location. Not only are the sandwiches consistently good, the staff is great. When the vibes are more “local deli” and less “fast food”, you know you’re doing it right.

Kid-friendliness: In this economy, the “kids-eat-free” Sunday deal is a Godsend.

This place is great. The people working are always friendly and my sandwich is always good.

The subs here are always really good.

We ate there and it is good, but the amount you receive for the price is not worth it. The meat is so thinly sliced they make sure to give you the bare minimum. It is not right. If you are going to charge the amount you do, please make it worth it. The people that work there are great, atmosphere is great, just step it up a notch with the amount.
