Let me just tell you how God works in mysterious ways...Last week on my actual birthday I went to Jimmy John's to use my birthday coupon for a free sub and drink on my way home from clinicals. The girl at the register looked at my coupon and looked at the other guy working with her and said “I don't know how to ring this.†I'm thinking, no problem, they must not get a lot of birthday coupons and she just doesn't know how to ring it up right. Used to love going to this Jimmy Johns, they always got my order right, and were so friendly and quick. Would run in quick on lunch after my meetings and was always greeted nicely, and everyone was laughing, Just a good overall atmosphere. Finally quit going a couple months ago because after the new year I noticed everything just got slower. Weren't as friendly and people didn't seem like they knew what they were doing. The place really went down hill. Looks like other reviews show similar feeling around the same time, Happy I'm not alone.

I dont know what other guy was talking about, store was open and the emplpyees were nice and cheery. I came in to ask some questions about setting up catering in the near future and the store was still open, I have been to this location before and they are fast ans great, although small inside, usually always good service! I do know sometimes the door next to the jimmy johns door is locked, and thats the salons door, but I was at this jimmy johns tonight around 8:40pm and they helped me with my questions
Called yesterday and had no issue ordering, today new guy was in the phone and said he couldn't hear me even though he responded to a few of my questions then moments later said he couldn't hear me and hung up on me twice. Felt like he was lying to me. Useless.

Very slow delivery not freaky fast at all. Always takes almost an hour everytime I order. I live less than 5 minutes away. I always end up having to call to ask where my order is. Its be faster just to order a pizza

I order from this jimmy johns all the time and this time it took about 40 min so i called. The guy said he came to my apartment and couldnt get ahold of anyone!???.. i never had this problem. They no my apartment number and the buzz in code!? So why couldn't u get ahold of anyone!?? Makes no sence. Never ordering from them again!

Their was all kids working when I came in one of the teenager that was working was eating meat and, making sandwiches they was a couple of them paying with a knife. My sandwich was thrown together he made it so fast i did not get a chance to ask him to change his gloves stay away from this Jimmy Johns
