I was looking forward to dinner tonight. I don't eat out much, and the mac and cheese bowl is my favorite. Almost halfway through, I noticed a hair in my food. Long hair! Let's not talk about the flies all around that won't leave you alone while you eat. If the flies are in front, they are in back as well. As a certified food manager through the state, I can tell you three or more flies and that's no good! We had five just by us. Very disappointed 😞

I walked in and had to wait too long for service when they finally did get to the service. They served lady who had walked in after me just some young people working here. Don’t know how to balance walk-ins versus drive-through. Recommend just going 2 miles to some better chicken placesP

The quality control of these fast food restaurants nowadays is awful their employees need to be for their actions. There's no accountability for this stuff anymore, so it just continues on if you're going to mess it up. There needs to be compensation. This will be the only way it stops.

I got a box of chickens family meal box, when I got home and open the biscuit box, there was a cockroach running all over my biscuits.
I called immediately back, the Asian girl over the phone was being very defensive, “ I’m sure it’s not us, we don’t have cockroach here” how do you know ?
Well without trying to apologize and make it right, she said “ oh my manager will call you back to discuss this issue.” I was like ok… do you need my phone number, she said “no we got caller Id, someone will call you back”
Its been a month and no one have reach out to me. I stop going here, worst experience ever.

I've never been so disappointed in a place as this. I feel like I got poop served to me and they didn't care. She served with a smile I'm done been insulted. I will no longer be a customer.
Terrible location. Only received half my order. No refunds. Figure it out.

The sign said that kfc takes EBT. But they actually take only EBT cash which means for those few people that actually get cash on their EBT cards then they can use it it at KFC. Actually ebt cash can be gotten using any ATM and then used anywhere because it is cash. Anyway people getting food support(not cash) on EBT cannot buy anything at KFC vadnais heights.
