My husband and I had chicken pot pies for dinner tonight. I didn't get a single piece of chicken in mine. His was loaded with chicken. Not sure how you assemble these but there's got to be a better way. The pot pies are really good when put together correctly.

Ordered 8 piece tenders, and extra gravy for my mashed potatoes. Tenders look like they were cut in half before cooking, and I never got my extra gravy. Now they don’t answer their phone!!!

Sat in the lobby and mentioned to the employee i was placing an order online. The order either deleted my request for extra crispy or the employee didnt see it. I had to ask about my order and here it was, sitting at the driveup. No one out 2 and 2 together about my presence and mention of placing an online order might be related.
Tables were dirty and the employee sweeping the floor must not realize how much the moving of chairs and banging while changing out rhe garbage can created.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We live 20 minutes away and picked up food in the drive through for 3 people. When we got home we realized they gave us the complete wrong order. Only enough food for maybe 1 person. When we called to try to get a refund because we paid, and did not receive what we ordered. We were placed on hold then we were hung up on. They proceeded to block my phone number as well as my mom’s. Before the blocked our calls, whoever was on the phone said they’ll only refund our money if we drive back there 20+ mins. This is not true. Numerous other restaurants have refunded over the phone. We will not be going back here again. Some of the worst customers service I have ever received.

Normally I love KFC. Until I was charged over $2 for a water cup.
I went here around September 25th and tried to place a mobile order which the app was having issues. I pull up to ask if it went through, she replies no and try again. I said never mind I can just order now with u, she kept talking about the app and finally got irritated and told me to drive forward. I said 3 more times, I would like to place an order now before I drive forward. Im not sure where the miscommunication came from but when I got to the window, she was visibly confused and upset. It was the weirdest interaction I've ever been apart of DO BETTER!!

I did a door dash order and these clowns forgot my sauce for my nuggies and only put two chicken in my Mac n cheese and let's not forget the silverware for it. Then they forgot that my chicken was supposed to be all DARK MEET. Now in what state of mind are y'all in when you make this? I mean come on it's easy.
