Great food !
Parking lot was a little busy and hard to get in and out .
Took 25 min to get food ,not sure if this is the norm for Panera but I will gladly wait because the food is so good!
Manager came out and talked to guest frequently.
They have the option for kiosk / table service

My sister had a salad & apple. I had chili & apple. I have a gluten allergy. The cashier was very helpful. Told the manager. My sister's salad came in a bowl on a plate with silverware and napkins. My soup came in a bag with a spoon and my apple.

This is the second time I have gotten violently ill from eating at this location. I will never eat Panera again.

Pick up order took 15 min longer than expected. About to stop eating at Panera in general. How yall bout to give me 2 tiny pieces of avocado on a sandwich where that is clearly a main ingredient. Literally pay $15 dollars for these and 2/3 times I feel like they cheaping out on it or people just don't put any love and care into creating food. Dissatisfied

The drive through with only one person in front of me took 15 minutes for one bagel and a latte. The person on the drive thru this morning did not understand my order and was rude when asking questions then I asked her to repeat the order which she then turned it over to another guy that helped much better and also got me the reward I have on file. When I went to the drive thru they didn't say hello and I waited a full minute then said hello and she told me to wait. Then when I drove up to the window she just put her hand out for the card, no hello or order confirmation. Overall a rude experience from the lady and I would recommend customer service training or get someone on drive thru that can multitask.
