I pre-ordered on the app for a pickup. When I arrived, the service was great. The process was easy and quick. But where it goes down hill was the cinnamon roll I received. It was hard, dry, and a bit stale. I usually order their chocolate croissant, but I decided to change it up. I should have ordered my usual.... too bad.
Do I recommend? Not sure...I'm hoping it was a one time thing. I personally would go back, but I'd order my usual.

Parking lot was a little busy and hard to get in and out .
Took 25 min to get food ,not sure if this is the norm for Panera but I will gladly wait because the food is so good!

My sister had a salad & apple. I had chili & apple. I have a gluten allergy. The cashier was very helpful. Told the manager. My sister's salad came in a bowl on a plate with silverware and napkins. My soup came in a bag with a spoon and my apple.

This is the second time I have gotten violently ill from eating at this location. I will never eat Panera again.

Sandwich was great. I've been there 2 times in 2 weeks. Would have been better, if the gal taking our order wasn't chewing her gum so hard. Ish
