I did their drive-thru order today and got the Cream of Chicken & Wild Rice Soup in a bread bowl w/chips (you have an option of baguette, chips or apple slices).For beverage, I love their Passion Papaya Iced Green Tea so got that in a large. Recommend!The soup was delicious as well! It was still warm to eat when I got home. I have a little cold too so soup was perfect and especially because of the crazy random cold weather we got today here in MN.I love going to Panera Bread when I want something simple to-go or warm meal to enjoy.

Everything is good except often when I order for delivery I am missing items, for example tonight I ordered bagels, there is no cream cheese, and they didn’t put in the bread bowl for my soup. Both happened in one order. It’s frustrating to just get a refund, which is good, but what am I supposed to put on my bagels?

I was excited to eat my yummy Green Goddess cob salad but was very disappointed to find rotten salad mix in my salad (more than a few leaves). They were also very cheap with the dressing it was only about 2 teaspoons. I was very disappointed since I have Panera 2-3 times per week.

40+ minute wait. At least 6 people working. Manager kept making excuses, and even stopped working to walk around and tell customers waiting that he would bring around free cookies BUT never did. Kids waiting were disappointed too. Poorly run.

Ok so in general Panera is great, but the prices are insane right now. My husband was going to get half of one of their new sandwiches for the pick 2...12 dollars for half. Absolutely not when the whole sandwich is 14 dollars. Two people (one pick two and one whole sandwich and two drinks) is almost 40 dollars.
