I enjoy the ability to add my own toppings, which include red and yellow bell peppers, turkey pepperoni, and all of the extra cheese I want. It bakes quickly. And, taste better than other pizza chain restaurants.

The crust was the worst I’ve ever tasted. I’ve order pizza from papa Murphy’s before and never have I ever had crust that was like filling my mouth with sand! Very disappointed and ended up throwing it away.

This will be the last time I use Papa Murphys. 3 strikes and you are out. I got the Taco pizza promotion. There was no meat on the pizza and very light on the toppings, nothing like the picture.

What a fabulous experience at Papa
Murphys! Will definitely be coming back. I stopped by after a long day at work and was met with great customer service from 2 lovely ladies! My order was placed and made ready to go within 5-6 minutes. They brightened my day with their polite service and smiles! Ella and Kaitlyn, thank you and I hope to see you the next time I grab a pizza.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Papa Murphy's. We ordered pizzas and specifically requested **no mushrooms** as my mother in law is allergic which we made very clear when placing the order. When we thought the mistake could have been our own and for some reason the request didn’t go though, we gladly took the pizzas. When we got to the car I checked the order email and it clearly said NO MUSHROOMS. Mistakes happen, so we walked back in expecting them to correct their error.
To our surprise, they insisted we would have to **pay to have the pizzas remade**, even though we had clear proof that we had asked for no mushrooms. They started arguing with us about how it’s not their problem and refused to make our pizza the way we ordered it. Obviously this upset us and we refused to pay another $50 worth of pizza that they made wrong. How’s it our problem that THEIR receipt machine didn’t print no mushrooms. This level of customer service is unacceptable. She told us to get the **** out and as we were leaving she yelled **** you at the top of her lungs.
Mistakes should be corrected without charging customers again for something they ordered on the app with clear proof. Maybe you should fix your app.
Our order was over well $100 and regret tipping them as they clearly didn’t deserve it.
Papa Murphy's has lost a loyal customer, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone who values good service and getting their order right. Spend your money somewhere else
