Perkins, you completely dropped the ball and ruined my 5-year-old’s birthday! I told your hostess it was his special day before we even stepped inside, and not one employee bothered to wish him a happy birthday. You ignored a little kid who was so excited to celebrate, and that’s straight-up unacceptable. It’s 5:30 AM, and I’m still fuming over your heartless service. Do better, or you’ll keep disappointing families like ours!

We had an awful experience. My child's mac and cheese was rancid, and when we brought it to the staff's attention, nothing was done. Not even an apology, no offer to remake the meal, not even a coupon. The disregard for our concern about the quality and safety of the food was shocking. On top of that, there were flies all over the bakery items near the front of the restaurant. We will never be returning.

Great food at shockingly affordable prices. I was expecting waffle house quality when I saw the menu but they absolutely delivered. Great classic southern food that doesn't shred your wallet.

The staff members were so wonderful! They made sure to check in on us often even though the restaurant was busy, our food came out hot and fast, and everyone was so friendly.

Overall experience was lit, shoulda got the blueberry syrup thooooo.

The service was friendly and efficient for my take out order. Please note: On top of regular menu prices, they charge you an extra fee for packaging takeout even though Dining in requires dishes and waitress service... And maybe even to-go boxes. The takeout meal was over $40 for 2 people with no beverages.

Very good breakfast!!! One of us ordered a breakfast from the senior menu, 2 pancakes, breakfast potatoes w/cheese, scrambled eggs; one ordered the blueberry pancakes on special; lol one ordered salmon dinner.

We love our breakfast at Perkins and the discount, which really helps seniors and veterans! Maybe a better coffee? Love green tea and honey. Terrific staff.
