I place me order then went over to the front Conor and all the staff was standing around talking and couple even look over and saw us stand there had to wait 5 more minutes till someone can and talk for a second then walk away then came back and then we paid then had to wait 20 more minutes to get are food there was no cars in drive thru and we had to wait almost 30 minutes to get are food. Once we got are food the sandwich where thrown together and the fries had way to much salt this it the worse McDonald's I have ever seen will not go here again

It was horrible all mc Donald's are becoming the worst place to eat... I ordered the mc chicken and yet again they had very very little lettuce and mayo if I wanted it only with a bun I'd ask for it that way.. . You got more on it when they were a dollar then u do now. I will never eat at another mc Donald's as long as I live

Stopped by on our way out of town last Friday. This dude was the rudest clerk I have ever met. Impatient to the point I asked my kids to go find a seat, so they didn’t see the way he was attending to people. Exasperated when using a mobile code, and flat out annoyed he had to get ketchup packet or other condiments since the dispenser was out. As you can see from this photo he made a big deal of paying cash. service isn’t his thing, maybe keep him to dishes or assembling line.

Everything was as it should be but HOLY BALLS was it busy! The anxiety was flowing like the great Mississipp but they crushed it! Good job team!?
When we visited, it wasn't busy,so that excuse would not work. I don't know why our orders took so long, but the WORST part was the burgers were cold, the fries were limped and cold . We were extremely hungry, so we choked it down. I am there with teens regularly, but next time, I will suggest somewhere else.Parking: Virginia, Mn

Service - take your pick, wait in line at the drive thru, or inside ... and wait.... And wait The ONLY bright spot was the blonde girl working the register; happy & upbeat - and apologizing for the delay (I waited 35 minutes for two sandwiches & two fries). The feckless ineffective manager did zero to motivate beevis & butthead working the grill. I'll get to those two in a second. Ambiance ? In one word dirty chaos. Trash on the floor, full trash bins, dirty tables. The food ? Cold & not prepared to mcDonalds standards. Neither of the two "cooks" in the back looked as if they were motivated to work at faster than 1st gear. The manager in purple did nothing to speed them up, he's making no difference during rush hour.

On our way back to Indiana we stopped in Virgina MN. This location was very fast. We had a group of 10 come in to order and we were in and out in less then 10 mins. Very clean and the employees were very nice. Great job!

Besides the terrible service, the food was cold I did not get what I ordered. It was freezing cold in the building, food all over the floor, ketchup all of the ketchup dispenser just the horror experience, and some fries were frozen in the middle and they were not busy so that’s no excuse right there. I will never visit them again and I haven’t in the last few months it’s been since I ate there last do not recommend.

Me and my Husband put in our order at 7:20 and didnt get our order until 8:38 Thats way too long to wait for a mobile order. Other mobiles and curbsides were getting there orders before ours. I was very upset and almost cried. 0/10 do not recommend. Also food was old and dry.
