Used to love this place, but it just became so bad. Every time I go in now I see a manager doing nothing while everyone else struggles to keep it running. The food isn’t bad, but nothing like a few years ago and now it takes 5 times longer to come out. It would be good if they fired the managers that do nothing, and hired some competent workers.
It wasn't busy at all yet it still took like 40-50 minutes just to get my food. By the time I got it the food was cold and I was missing items. I didnt even get the right sauce with my nuggets and my oreo mcflurry was lacking oreo. Some grown woman, I'm assuming a manager, did everything but her job. She spent more time talking to doordashers than she did actually managing the place. Service here is horrible, and the only managers I noticed clearly don't value their jobs enough...read full review
Nobody here is doing their job. I saw one kid putting up with everyone else’s bs, poor kid looked so tired. A worker named “Dale” talked to a girl about adult films while she was obviously under the age of 18. Props to the manager “Brenda” for also doing absolutely nothing but her job. You don’t need to have a full on conversation with the Doordashers. Just give them the food and do your damn job.
