Caribou Coffee is a popular spot for a Latte fix, especially after a night shift. The staff is friendly and welcoming, with mobile orders always ready on time. Customers often praise the team for their great customer service, with Leanne standing out for her positive attitude. The assistant manager is helpful in suggesting the right coffee choices, avoiding overly sweet drinks. The place is clean, and there is plenty of parking, including a larger lot at the mall nearby. Customers appreciate that the menu accommodates dietary restrictions, such as gluten-free options, although there used to be more choices. Recent visits include special treats like the Birthday Drink, where staff asked if extra shots of Expresso were desired, making the drink even better. The drive-thru is quick and efficient, delivering great beverages. The staff’s honesty and attentiveness, especially when handling a situation involving a mistaken drink, highlight the high standards of customer care at this location.
