I went thru drive thru. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger.... got a cheeseburger. Only paid for that not the bacon though. Not the first time.

I went in to wait on a door dash order to be made and not a single employee was not wearing any form of gloves or hand protection while handling food raw or cooked, EVERYTIME I was in their for a order! That is not acceptable or okay!!!! Me and my family will not be giving service to a place that can't understand the importance of having some sort of protection for the hands 🤮🤮🤮🤮

Told us to hurry our order up, as we were ordering food, then other times they don't even listen when you are ordering food, you have to repeat everything

I walked in to order and the chick walked away from counter after taking the person in front of me order, then the guy just stared at me while making coffee... When I finally got to order the guy seemed like he had better things to do then take my order, he couldn't even give me my slip, then it took them 25mins to give me my order which was six things ..... The burgers tasted funny and the fries were like warm. Chicken sandwich seemed like the mayo wasn't good.... Never going back

Terrible service & we didn’t get what we ordered & the manager argued with me when I simply called about not getting what we ordered. The person taking the order specifically asked if we wanted cheese on the whopper we ordered, which we said yes. There was no cheese on the whopper. We ordered onion rings & there were no onion rings in the order. Horrible experience & the food that we did get wasn’t that good. If I could rate it 0 out of 5, i would.

Don’t, just don’t… this place should be on the list of closures. The last few times I’ve gone here the place has gone down hill. Certain employees act like you’re annoying them while placing an order. They just don’t seem to care about their jobs, most of the time a majority of your order will be inedible and disappointing. This franchise needs to inspire their employees.

These people descriminat we waited in line and nobody helped us we had to say something and as we were leaven he helped the white people behind us I thought I would try this place again but nope don’t recommend

Im not a fan of fast food to begin with, but made this our place to stop in on our shopping days. Current employees are often rude to customers. They act as if they're annoyed to take orders. They usually mess up orders. I've witnessed them rolling their eyes at the more elderly customers just because they're taking their time ordering as some elderly people need to. This last time was it for us, we will no longer stop in as long as the current employees are employed there.

My friends and I decided to come here about an hour before closing. We walked in and were told by the blonde cashier that the lobby was closed, we offered to go through the drive through as many others were, but she said it was okay and took our order anyway. Immediately the large guy cooking the food started yelling at her and arguing with her in front of us about when to lock the door. It turned extremely aggressive. He screamed at her, calling her stupid and yelling that he wasnt going to cook our food, especially the 2 impossible whoppers. He started throwing things around, basically having a temper tantrum, then stormed off. She was very calm, but obviously scared and ended up cooking all of it. It was very intense as we stood there watching this poor woman be berated as we didnt know what to do. The food was actually really good, she did great, but that guy should be fired.
Vegetarian options: The Impossible burger was good. Didn't put Mayo on as requested.
