Don’t, just don’t… this place should be on the list of closures. The last few times I’ve gone here the place has gone down hill. Certain employees act like you’re annoying them while placing an order. They just don’t seem to care about their jobs, most of the time a majority of your order will be inedible and disappointing. This franchise needs to inspire their employees.

Im not a fan of fast food to begin with, but made this our place to stop in on our shopping days. Current employees are often rude to customers. They act as if they're annoyed to take orders. They usually mess up orders. I've witnessed them rolling their eyes at the more elderly customers just because they're taking their time ordering as some elderly people need to. This last time was it for us, we will no longer stop in as long as the current employees are employed there.

My friends and I decided to come here about an hour before closing. We walked in and were told by the blonde cashier that the lobby was closed, we offered to go through the drive through as many others were, but she said it was okay and took our order anyway. Immediately the large guy cooking the food started yelling at her and arguing with her in front of us about when to lock the door. It turned extremely aggressive. He screamed at her, calling her stupid and yelling that he wasnt going to cook our food, especially the 2 impossible whoppers. He started throwing things around, basically having a temper tantrum, then stormed off. She was very calm, but obviously scared and ended up cooking all of it. It was very intense as we stood there watching this poor woman be berated as we didnt know what to do. The food was actually really good, she did great, but that guy should be fired.
Vegetarian options: The Impossible burger was good. Didn't put Mayo on as requested.

The moment I entered Burger King the lady that was trying to take my order kept messing up. It took me a while to get my food, what was even worse is I heard one of the workers there say to the other workers do not take any more orders. I asked for carryout but instead they had my food on the tray even though I told them I wanted to carry out. That same lady who also took my order took some other people's orders and still kept messing up. My food is not that greatand the fries are a little soggy. The workers look like they don't even want to be there. If you're there to get food grap it and get away from the place as fast as you can. Never coming back

Someone needs to tell Nicole that there are other jobs out there that she’ll be happier at. Quite possibly the worst customer service. So rude. If you hate your job/life that much maybe make some changes.. don’t treat customers the way you do.

As a Doordasher, I shouldn't have to be scolded by a manager for not being able to get an order for a customer when I'm not on the job. This is the second time the same manager practically yelled at me for something I have no control over. It would be like that manager were to yell at an employee for not making an order am hour before they were scheduled to work and were still at home.

There was a crumpled receipt at the bottom of my food bag. Not even for my order very weird.
The guy who handled my transaction and handed me my food had disgustingly long fingernails with a bunch of dirt underneath his nails. I immediately lost my appetite. Completely gross and unacceptable for him to be allowed to work with food like that. What is going on at this location???
The guy at till adrain is his name he is a very polite and friendly person
