Both experiences with them have now been poor. First time my take out order was cancelled when I went to pick it up and nobody would answer the phones. Second visit I ordered a cheese pizza with extra sauce for take out and my pizza had NO sauce on it. Will not go back.

Ordered on the app didn't get entire order. Showed the worker and she argued with me. I showed her visual proof it was a 10 piece and she argued with me than walked away when she knew she was wrong instead of fixing it. I've never met a more rude employee in my life.

My husband and I were at AmericInn right next door. We called at 9:34pm and asked for delivery, and were told they were not delivering anymore. So we said we would do carry out, and were told they were getting ready to close, so they are not taking any orders. It is a Saturday night, they advertise that they are open until 10:00 pm. We are 2 minutes away, and they are supposed to be open for another 21 minutes. Terrible customer service!

Did carry out tonight The Pizza was soggy and not cooked all the way through.. very doughy... tried calling and nobody would answer the phone.. This place should close the doors. Better food and service elsewhere

I am setting at the restaurant right know. I got here about 6:50. I had get up and grab my own menu and drink. We have not been ask what we wanted until 7:30 pm. They tell me that its busy and theirs only 5 family's that are dining in. I have seen places way busier than this. Also I work for the USPS as a mail carrier they haven't seen busy until they deliver 150 packag s and deliver mail to 850 mailboxes. My day starts at 7:30 am until done , I do this six days a week. I was disappointed ☹️. I ended leaving the restraunt at 7:33pm.

Food was good but having to listen to the kid in the back holler a servers name the entire time was not pleasant. You could hear the kid in the back shouting the entire time. The minute he started with his shouting i watched all the people in the restaurant get up pay their tab and leave, i should of done the same. Server only came to my table twice to take my order and to bring me my food I had to go up to the counter and get a box and my tab. I love pizza hut but this one should just close the dine in option and leave it as carry out and delivery only so nobody has to deal with listening to the guy in the back.

On 06/21/2024 I ordered 60.00 worth of food and the delivery girl gave someone else my order and they put they're grubby paws all over my food and I called pizzahut they apologized then said they would replace my food and they never did Everytime I called back no answer so I did the pizzahut app and put my phone number in that now i can't get nothing so don't call this place you don't want it from here
