I have been in the Waite Park, MN Culver’s twice in the last month. Last time I thought it was a fluke so I didn’t think much of it. However, again today I had the same experience. I tried to use the restroom, both times it was filled with employees hanging out. This time two remained in the stalls silent for over 10 minutes while I waited. If I wasn't so cheap, I would've thrown that burger in the garbage after the first bite. Still took over 10 minutes to make that bull#$%^? What a waste of money.
They made my food wrong so I went up to get it fixed... they did the same thing to it. They didn't fix it! For having 6 people on the clock and no people in drive thru and only two customers in lobby (us and one other table), I don't think this is exceptable. The works... I get it all the time at every Culver's and they put Lettuce tomatoes pickles and onions on it. Pictured is what I got twice! No Lettuce or tomatoes! I expect every store has the same standard of practice.
