The dining room feels like a doctors office. Staff can’t seem to cook one meal for two of us when there is no one in the drive through and seven people working. We won’t come back to this location ever again.
Update: your manager told us we should have stayed home and ate there. If I was the owner I would have fired this employee on the spot. You lost all future business.

HORRIBLE service every time I go to this one. Finally learned to go out of my way to stop somewhere else. Waited for 10 minutes only to have them come out and ask for receipt as they had no idea what our order was.

Waited 10 minutes at the drive-thru after being told to hold on a second. It's barely food and it's overpriced, if it's not at least fast, what's the point? Left. Not worth the wait.

Filthy. The floors were incredibly sticky (we feel lucky we didn’t gut stuck permanently) and the bathroom might have never been cleaned.

Went through drive-thru and ordered a bunch of food for my co-workers, when I tried to call the manager on duty says there's nothing he can do. They got the order messed up to the point one of my co-workers couldn't eat due to him being lactose intolerant yet he was the only one that asked for hamburgers and got cheese burgers. So for the 1 star is for the kid in driver-thru taking the order and getting it wrong and the manager that refuses to correct the mistake they made. Maybe my co-worker should have eaten the cheese burgers and then take them yo court since they stole his money and refuse to correct it

What an absolute crap show here. Ordered on the app before leaving home. Got there and stood at the counter for 10-15 minutes without a single employee looking at me or acknowledging my existence as other customers began gathering behind me. I watched as they filled every drive through order to the point of clearing them out and then taking and filling new orders as we all stood there completely ignored. Worst customer service I've ever seen. I used to work at a Mcdonalds in my teens and the lack of training is clearly evident. I ended up leaving without my food in the end that I paid for. I'll be contacting corporate.

I don’t like the weird design seems depressing food is bad for what you pay I buy McDonald’s to get egg McMuffin but even then I could just make a better one at home

My special order was prepared correctly, always happy to see it's 100% correct. Special order hamburger with no salt fries.

Very cold and clinical with everything automated. Staff all look miserable and don't even look at customers. Very strange atmosphere.

I find a food Bland and the amount of chemicals they put in the food is scary to say the least knowing that you could leave this food in your car for 2 years and it will still look the same when you pull it out of the bag

So, I didn't want to do this but it's gone on too long. This is basically a review of the past 5 visits I've been there. The last three was the worst experience at any McDonald's ever, and it was just at this one location. So, I'm a fan of curbside pickup because it's an option that's available and I love to use mobile ordering. While I know you can mobile order and drive through that's not always an option as it's usually a last minute thing for me and my kids asked for McDonald's so I pull in to parking lot and I order. I have an infant in the car as well so waiting in the parking is more convenient when I need to attend to a baby instead of the drive through that moves to slow for babies, as you may know babies in car seat sometimes need the vehicle to be constantly moving. While I don't feel like I had to justify "my choice" of ordering I fet I should give context.
Now the last visit which set me off is why I am writing. We went there at a decent time and we saw the drive through was about 5-6 cars but we already knew curbside was our choice. We placed our order and watch the lobby and the drive through and if I could I would post the video from dash camera showing the drive through clearing up. After the drive through cleared up as most people know gets priority. Which was weird to me because I saw a couple of vehicles pull up, and tried to enter the lobby just to find that the door did not open. There's another door around the corner to the main door in front of the drive through, but they didn't bother to walk around and went back to their cars and hit the drive through.
So, we sat and waited watch the door drive through and the app told us to enjoy our food and I'm thinking we never got it. This was over 20mins after the drive through cleared up. We began to get worried and wonderee why the app would say enjoy it no one came out and gave us our food. We thought they might have gave our food away or a Dasher took our order. So we decided to go the drive through and we told them we had curbside and no one came. They gave us an excuse of being hammered in the drive through andni can assure you they were clear and they did not want to come out and give us our food.
This is not the first time the smaller female shift manager has done this to us. I'm not sure if they're just refusing to send some one out or if it's their plan to make us wait long enough to go to the drive through. They always have an excuse of why they don't come out and one time an employee came out at night time telling to not order curbside at night because it's dark and the the manager told them to tell us. Well guess what ? It's an option and it's your job so it will be used. Now we tried to talk to them but the manager automatically felt attacked and just kept spewing excuses of how they were hammered in the drive through and they're understaffed. Mind you we pulled up to an empty drive through, they told us to pull up to the second window and we see 5 employees three of which are sitting down doing nothing. I don't know what to say. If the kids weren't hungry I would have asked the fries to be remade since they were already cold from the food sitting there so long. We just left and was just dumb founded at the unprofessionallism carried out by that manager.

Is every mcdonald's in the Saint cloud area just not taught customer service??? Never greeted no one even looked at me and no one said anything after 15 minutes I left!!!! Teach your staff to talk to people!!!!!!!!!!
