Great bakery with good food, but the prices are pretty high in my opinion. They used to have a loyalty program that helped with discounts, but when they changed names they discontinued the program or haven't integrated yet. Would go more often if the prices were better.

I like to grab some donuts whenever I travel, but the options have been limited when we’ve been in the area in previous years. However, this year, we found YoYo Donuts in Walker. And what a nice surprise it was.
I wanted to try their Crème Brûlée Honeymooner, which the website indicated they only make on Friday through Sunday. So Friday was the only day that suited us .
The store is right along the main street running through Walker. The town was busy, so we had to park on a side street about two blocks away.
I was a bit surprised by the interior. It was much larger than I had expected with a second seating area to one side. Their decorations featured a lot of greenery and plenty of pink.
We went straight to the counter where the gal working patiently waited for us to make our selections. She also kindly answered all our questions.
They still had a nice variety of donuts even though it was well after noon. Besides the Crème Brûlée, we also got raspberry filled, a blueberry cake donut, and a maple bacon bomb. Prices vary depending on the kind of donut you select.
We headed back to the resort where we were staying at and promptly broke open the box. I wasn’t sure I’d like the Crème Brûlée because of the custard filling, but I have to say it was delicious. The filling tasted like the actual dessert and not some bland pudding.
I also enjoyed the maple bacon bomb, which had maple filling inside. I don’t care for bacon on donuts, so I did take that off. I was a bit concerned it would be too sweet, but I do enjoy maple flavoring, so overall, I really liked this donut, too.
All the donuts were fresh, although the humidity affected some of the frosting but not the flavor.
They also have ice cream, but since we didn’t try that, I can’t comment on it other than to say they had about 16 flavors.
I’d really recommend this donut shop. And while you’re there, go ahead and get that second donut you’d really like to try.

Huge, not too greasy donuts for your enjoyment. Very unique in look and flavor. Try red velvet or key lime. So many flavors to choose from. Each donut is big, so, you can easily share one or save half for later. Yumm!
