Stopped by for lunch, server was awesome. Chimichanga I had was good, would have preferred a bit more flavor, but the texture and quality was great. Wife had the curious chicken sandwich, which was very good. Will stop by again, as they had a few things that looked interesting to try.
The Watershed is a great place to dine, the food is consistently delicious and well-prepared. One quirky detail that stood out was the little gadget on the wall where you can get a spritz of perfume or cologne! It’s an unexpected touch that adds some fun character to the place.
Definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for good food with a unique vibe.

We stopped in Sunday to try their limited availability brunch and it was SO GOOD! We had a chorizo breakfast burrito with green chili and queso, and huevos rancheros with beef, and all the hot sauces!! I hope they can get this brunch going regularly, because we would make it a regular treat. Awesome food and service!!
