This is a name brand coffee shop with excellent service, attached to a full service supermarket! It has a cozy fireplace and a beautiful outside patio area during warm weather months!
I can here at some ungodly hour of warroad winter morning and placed a coffee order for a dozen colleagues (from California) with all sorts of dairy requests (because California). The two women on staff deserve some sort of medal for their patience, kindness and accuracy.

I enjoy the service and the atmosphere here as well as the drinks. That's usually why I regularly attend caribous. I can't say much about the food since I haven't had any of it myself, but my kids have and they enjoy it.
