This place is old and DIRTY. Staff not wearing Hair Nets nor is their hair restrained. Uniforms are disgusting and Staff personal hygiene is lacking. Don’t order ANYTHING from the Kitchen unless you like Food Poisoning. Shocked that the local Health Department hasn’t graded this establishment a “F”. Owner/Franchisee has invested nothing into this location and it shows. Restaurant looks like it’s 40+ years old.

The food was good but it took 10-15 minutes to get 3 dipped cones. After we asked for them to one of the ladies who worked there and they never came. Probably won’t come back

I am very angered by what this establishment is. We have reported a problem here, me and my family. And the owners haven’t done a single thing. Not to mention the terrible service by one of the members giving ME dirty looks, and serving other people before me and my family because this chick does not like my mother. My mother tried to message the owner, and she was immediately blocked. I wouldn’t go here, and I wouldn’t wish my worst enemy to go. The ice cream is melted and not very good. They also don’t even tip the cup upside down like they are supposed to because it’s so melted. Im never coming back.

literally TERRIBLE waited 30 minutes for 5 blizzard what a joke also 2 days ago we got Icecream and IT WAS DRIPPING ALL OVER the person behind us ordered the same amount and got it way before us what a freaking joke giving us dirty looks

They are a disaster, very bad online service. I placed my order and it never arrived. They kept pushing the delivery time further and further. After two hours they wrote to me saying that they were cancelling my order because they couldn't complete the delivery. Pure incompetence.

Ordered a banana split, toppings were on the bottom, bananas on top. Melted ice cream, had to put in freezer. Employees need training., very disappointing.

$23 for a double bacon cheese Burger order of fries and drink. Small order of cheese curds. You people are out of your mind. The burger wasn't even good. Last time for that. I was going to get a hot dog but it was over $5.00 for a regular hot dog with chili. Crazy expensive. No thanks.

Need to clean up your store kids! My family brought milkshakes and the product is rotten. I will update today. Two people that ate that product were sick last night but better today. I could taste it and it wasn't right so I quit. This isn't the first time this location has had problems! This happened 12/06/2023 at 4 in the afternoon at the D.Q. in warroad on the corner of cedar and highway 11. Like you say, I do have options on places I eat. If your food doesn't make people feel sick after eating it you might have gotten a little better rating. If you want me to file a complaint with your franchise holder just keep harassing me. I am local and have been around franchise owners and holders before. I just recognized a problem with your product and brought it to your attention. It looks like the reviews you have are pretty consistent with the same thing. With the prices you charge for product you didn't make it worth it!
