Not good. At all. We waited 45 minutes for our food only for it to have no silverware with the bbq chicken, none of the extra ranch WE paid for, and in the reg. Chicken basket there were 3 full-size chicken strips and a couple tiny pieces. I worked at a DQ for 3 years and I’m honestly very disappointed with how this establishment is.

Was denied service due to the employees turning off the grill and fryers before close. What's the point of being open if you aren't going to serve anyways?! Could've had at least $40 more dollars for the night, that's if I was the only one denied! Such a disappointment! Below is a screenshot of what I was going to be ordering. Updated- DQ customer service provided today has changed my opinion from previous experience! Thanks for the great customer service!

Always has food out quickly and it's always fresh. Great customer service. The drive through is great. There's limited parking due to location but there's always an open spot. And my dog loves their pup cups.

went through the drive thru for a 6pc chicken strip basket with NO drink which the menu says is a little over $10 i was charged almost $15 i asked for a receipt and the kid working the drive thru refused to give me the receipt NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE

The chicken strips were a pitiful size. What a shame. I've never eaten at any other DQ with thus small of a chicken strip. FF were not hot or fresh. Arrival was at 11:30. Staff was efficient when ordering.

So I just finished running my 5K and arrived here at 6:30 PM. There were only about 20 people at the DQ including my team. I was one of the last to order, so I understood that I would be waiting for a while. I waited till 7:00 since, maybe they are just very busy with the drive through or whatever, to ask about my order, but then people who arrived way later than me got their chicken strip baskets within minutes of ordering which ticked me off. I had to talk with 3 different people since 7:00 to get my order at 7:20, 50 minutes after I arrived. I guess the only semi-good thing was that I was refunded, but this entire thing was quite disapointing.

This place is old and DIRTY. Staff not wearing Hair Nets nor is their hair restrained. Uniforms are disgusting and Staff personal hygiene is lacking. Don’t order ANYTHING from the Kitchen unless you like Food Poisoning. Shocked that the local Health Department hasn’t graded this establishment a “F”. Owner/Franchisee has invested nothing into this location and it shows. Restaurant looks like it’s 40+ years old.

The food was good but it took 10-15 minutes to get 3 dipped cones. After we asked for them to one of the ladies who worked there and they never came. Probably won’t come back

I am very angered by what this establishment is. We have reported a problem here, me and my family. And the owners haven’t done a single thing. Not to mention the terrible service by one of the members giving ME dirty looks, and serving other people before me and my family because this chick does not like my mother. My mother tried to message the owner, and she was immediately blocked. I wouldn’t go here, and I wouldn’t wish my worst enemy to go. The ice cream is melted and not very good. They also don’t even tip the cup upside down like they are supposed to because it’s so melted. Im never coming back.
