“Me and my son were in waseca for his hockey tournament and we had a big stretch between games and needed to waste some time. We decided to try Oscar's. First I'll start with our waitress Amy who was phenomenal! It seemed like she was the only waitress working it was around 2 PM on a Saturday. She had about 5 tables that I had seen. She was so attentive. She would check on us but no too much to where it was annoying. She made small talk with my son and he is not a people person. He kept whispering how nice she was. How sweet she was. What an hard worker she was. I never leave reviews and he insisted we leave a review and a nice tip. We didnt wait long for our food and when it came out, it was hot and fresh. The food choices were really nice My son is a vegetarian and there was so many options for him. Before we go somewhere new I have to Google the menu to see if he can eat there and so it was amazing that his only vegetarian option wasnt mac n cheese or fries. He ended up getting the flatbread cheese pizza which was delicious and it was a big portion so we were able to reheat it later and it reheated very nicely. I got the buffalo chicken philly which was so juicy and flavorful. They didnt skimp on the ingredients. It was very filling and I was able to take the 2nd half home and eat it later. We also got the spicy cheese curds which looked "burnt" but it wasnt. We were skeptical to try it but once we did it was great! Overall all the food and service was truly phenomenal and any time we have a game/tournament in waseca we will definitely go back!”

“The real cherry on top of the whole place is the men's restroom door that was mounted upside down on giant hinges held in place with lag bolts because it looked like it had been kicked in one too many times.”

“Didn't eat but had adult beverages...cold and refreshing! Our Bartendress, Katie, was amazing She was so great at remembering everyone drinks during the rounds bought. I got to watch a cribbage game challenge, listen to an amazing assortment of music from the jukebox and visit with friends and family. There's an outdoor patio for smokers and a big plus women's bathroom was clean! Beautiful ceilings great atmosphere . Only improvement would be to turn on the AC it was so hot inside!Fun time! Worth the stop if you are visiting, driving through or just going home! ?”
