This Ben & Jerry’s location is a textbook case of poor management. Every single time I walk in, they’re either completely out of ice cream or running low on basic flavors. It’s absurd that a franchise known for ice cream can’t keep it in stock. As for the owner—her attitude is something else. She should leave it at the door because her micromanagement over every tiny scoop is beyond ridiculous. The way she obsessively controls portions, down to every last drop, is downright stingy. I’ve been to other locations, and this is the only one where I feel like I’m being rationed ice cream. Honestly, if they put a Kilwins in Wayzata, this place would go under in a heartbeat, and I’m seriously considering investing just to prove the point. Wayzata businesses should prioritize customer service, and this Ben & Jerry’s has absolutely failed.

I guess a Sunday afternoon is not a good time to go to Ben & Jerry’s in Wayzata MN. I tried three different ice creams and they’re all out. Different size servings come from different person so nothing is consistent. You get a lot more when the managers not there and you get your moneys worth. When the managers there you’re losing money, it’s better to just go to the grocery store to get Ben & Jerry’s by the pint. Extremely disappointed with the attitude from the manager, maybe a little competition needed in this small town. We just decided to go to the local grocery store and get a point it’s a lot cheaper than it is actually going to the Ben & Jerry’s. Lost my business, not because they are always out but the managers attitude.
Sorry not supporting rudeness and we use to go once a week and spend at least $30.00 on ice cream. May not seem like a lot, but that average is about $120 a month and we’ve lived here for three years.!

Obviously the ice cream was great, but the teenagers that work there, not so much. If they decide they want to talk and laugh about customers, they should at least wait till they aren’t standing right in front of them to do so. Also, they didn’t bother saying anything while I was up to order, they just stared at me until I said something.

We visited Ben&Jerry's on July 8. We found that the ice cream selection was pretty good. We purchased two double scoops in a waffle cone. The scoop size was smaller than I have ever had anywhere. In addition, the waffle cones were stale. Pretty disappointing for almost $20.

I had a decent time here today. The customer service was okay. The ice cream tasted differently. They changed the recipe….for being an ice cream store it was warm inside. I had no clue they sold cakes. I was interested in one and the worker seemed uninterested in selling me one so I didn’t get one.
