I go here regularly and I usually have no problems. June 1st I went and the woman at the register was not able to get my rewards number to pull up, even though I used it there the day before. She gave me the receipt to put it in myself. There was no code on the receipt for me to enter it in myself. She was rude and asked me what I wanted her to do about it? I suggested she do her job and she became more rude and disrespectful. What happened to customer service? She obviously has no tact nor does she have any idea what she is doing on the register.

I went there today after checking Google and the website to confirm the hours and that it was still open. No mention anywhere that they are closed for a remodel, except for the sign on the door. Last time before this, I went on a Saturday morning and there was a total of 15 bagels for sale in any flavor. I'm not trying again. What a shame for this formerly excellent brand to be so diminished now. I look forward to a generic reply from Brueggers about contacting them to tell them the details. They haven't earned a reply from me.
I'm back to point to the obviously generic reply that means and will result in nothing.

Terrible customer service. If you want to buy a dozen bagels you are made to stand in line with all the people ordering sandwiches and all the online orders. The person at the cash register refused to get a dozen bagels even though he had no other tasks at the moment.

One of the better Bruegger’s in the Twin Cities. They have pumpernickel which some of them no longer carry. Clean restaurant, very courteous staff and well organized. Efficient operation kept the line moving.

I would give zero stars if I could. The place is a dirty mess with cracked egg shells all over the floor. Had to remind them to put avocado in my avocado, bacon and tomato bagel??!! They poured so much milk in the iced coffee that it was basically iced milk. The brewed coffee was empty, so was the pitcher of cream. They had 4 people working the line and couldn’t even get it together. Whoever is the manager here should be fired.
Gave them a second chance. Disappointed again Bagels sandwiches were put together poorly. Workers behind counter making comments about customers
