One of the better Bruegger’s in the Twin Cities. They have pumpernickel which some of them no longer carry. Clean restaurant, very courteous staff and well organized. Efficient operation kept the line moving.
Bagel was delicious and coffee was amazing! AND the place needs a major cleaning! Dirt/dust on the at eye-level dividers, front entry dirt and leaves, floors were filthy. Does not inspire faith as to what is going on in the kitchen! ?
The staff is great, they keep the place clean, and the food and drinks are good.That being said, the owners need to invest in furniture repair. There is a much-loved seat and table arrangement being sometimes propped by folded napkins (a common food service quick-fix), but it is in such bad shape the table either needs new feet with adequate adjustment or a replacement. This shouldn't take staff or regulars to report.
