This is the third time the Wayzata location has messed up our order. This time we ordered four bowls…the lids had the right orders listed but none of the food matched the lids and were all wrong. One order had food that the person was allergic to. No way to reach the restaurant to correct the order. Their phone is not set up to accept calls and disconnects if you don’t have a security code. The AI chat took forever to respond. Called corporate customer service and they said sorry, nothing we can do but send feedback to the store. Got refund but basically “we don’t care you didn’t get your dinner.” Basically….too bad so sad…DON’T ever order from the Wayzata location.

I eat a lot of Chipotle, and they are either 5/5 or 1/5, and there seems to be no in between. This one is a train wreck. It appeared as if a riot or food fight just finished before we got there. EVERY table was covered in food (not exaggerating) and the floor was even worse. The attitude of the employees matched the condition of the restaurant. Do better.......

Our family will no longer be giving Chipotle business. After countless errors, stingy portions, and missing orders when ordering off the app,
and now staff arguing, gaslighting, and humiliating customers when asking for full servings - we are done. Picked up enough beans, rice, and chicken thighs - all organic - for less than $20 which will make approximately 10 plus bowls. I encourage all customers to do the same. Tired of dealing with a filthy restaurant with garbage bins overflowing, subpar food that tastes like cleaning fluid, and argumentative staff haggling over a $12 bowl of beans and rice. Eating Chipotle is supposed to be convenient, healthy, filling, and most of all - pleasant. It’s no longer any of those things so we will be taking our business elsewhere until things change.

Do not use the mobile app and order from this location. I spend $30 on two meals and both were extremely disappointing.

I ordered a chicken burrito, and as I started eating it, I quickly noticed that they didn’t put any chicken in my burrito, so I paid $9 for basically rice and sour cream.

My second meal was a steak bowl with double steak.
When something cost nearly $20 you expect to get a decent amount of food & ingredients. I opened up the bowl and it wasn’t even past the brown edge of the bowl.
It was like they were running out of ingredients and gave me what was left from the bottom.

Huge disappointment when you drive 10 minutes to pick up food and both are not at all when you expected or ordered.

I tried to use the app to get a refund and it was impossible to go any further without a confirmation order number which I didn’t have.

So if you are going to use the app….. I wouldn’t

Worst Chipotle experience ever. I ordered through the app to make my order simple, and almost every item I didn't want was included in my bowl. I also did not check the order till I got back to my work so I drove back to the store and they offered to remake the order, it was remade with the smallest portions and had almost no meat included in the bowl, this was the saddest excuse of a chipotle bowl I have ever seen, the staff needs to be trained better and if there is a mistake, there needs to be a better way to resolve it, worst customer experience I had at the store. They proceeded to help other customers that had just walked in before they wanted to remake my bowl. I will make sure to tell all my friends and family to never eat at this chipotle.

This people is not nice 10/4 ..the guy in front bearly put a meat on my dish and id tell hem to adjust it ( I never ask hem for double meat )and after he did he told the cashier to charges me double meat .. so when I pay I tell the cashier about the situation and he didn't care a bit.. this is not good service place ! At the end I pay more than $20 for a burrito bcz some one doesn't know how to do right his job and for some one who's careless!.. Nothing personal but if you guys work in the restaurant and don't wants to deal with people... Better quit your job!
Eating is one those must important things that you do during the day and you need a nice environment...if chipotle broke will be bcz there bad customer service they allow in the restaurants!

Hey! I just have to say... If your reading this review...Thanks. I really appreciate the opportunity to use my voice! And be heard! Thanks...a lot! So....Chipotle. I have a lot to say. First of all wow! I mean wow! The service was good....wait a second not just good... but excellent! Indeed it was! The minute I entered this past Monday the staff greeted, in fact welcomed me, with an exuberant sense of politeness. With grace, they made my bowl and side tortilla, with an exceeding amount of care and attentiveness. From the person to the front, until the cashier, everyone showed an exceptional amount of kindness. In today's society....we w-want..no.not just want...but....but NEEED that. The minute that I acquired the food that I put on my fork by inserting it in the bowl, and then meticulously placing it in my mouth, so that none of that delicious ingredients would slip away, I could immediately feel the relieving and soothing taste of sweetness of the vinaigrette mixed with the saltiness of the chicken that enveloped my taste buds..."Oh my, Oh my" I instantly whispered to myself as I sat by the window alone. This...This is great. Keep up the work... everyone wants this feeling while they eat.

This place is decling quickly…. Very messy, out of things on a regular basis, service not that good. Get it right, more training needed.

Update, not better. Tuesday June 27 730p. Cashier was horrible, doesn’t like her job no interactions with customers. And she mumbles
