Some unfortunate news on this one. This isn’t bait. It is not my intent to get Chipotles attention for free stuff- I seriously don’t care. This is strictly a PSA. I ordered a few days ago and ended up getting the most severe case of food poisoning I’ve ever experienced. It was the only food I’d had the whole day. Ended up in a condition that nearly required medical attention. I hope the place figures out proper sanitation procedures going forward.

This is the worst Chipotle! Their portions are the smallest and they don't include all the vegetables! There's hardly any meat. And there was all sorts of rubbish in the food! Disgusting! I bought it today.

Store hours posted as 10:45 am but front doors were locked. Multiple customers waiting out in the cold. Employees did not open doors. Will not be back to this location. Management should do something about their employees terrible work ethic.

This Chipotle is incredibly dysfunctional compared to any other location. Is the staffing ineffective or something? I was told “online ordering only” when I walked in to order in person. Never seen any other chipotle do that.

If you can’t take both sides of ordering, maybe put in measures to slow down the online side?

Also, the parking is just awful here. If they could, I feel like building a spot just outside the Lund’s parking lot next door would be a lot better overall. More parking, more customers, more restaurant space haha

The worst chipotle I have ever had. I ate my burrito right away and it was a cold, wet, tasteless, soggy mess. Very disappointing. The restaurant appeared that it hadn't been cleaned all day.

When I walked in I was greeted with a burp (yes a burp) from the guy about to prepare my bowl. I asked for a salad, he put maybe 5 piece of lettuce in the bowl. I asked for more lettuce he blatantly rolled his eyes at me lol. Threw all my topping on so rude…. The cashier was pretty nice. I had to return the chips though because they were sooooo DRY and burnt and nasty. I didn’t even wait for a refund just gave them back (main reason I went to chipotle was for the chips 😩) … it’s pretty dirty in there too… smh

On 12/19/2025 we ordered the new Chipotle build your own for 4-6 people with chicken and a side of steak to go with it. What we got was a tiny size side of steak with maybe 5-6 pieces in it and no chicken and two large sized beans. When I called to complain for them to make it right, I was first offered just money back on the missing chicken. I protested and said that this was unacceptable after waiting on hold for a 1/2 hour you just want to offer me a few dollars back for some chicken after you completely ruined the whole meal by just giving us all beans. You didn’t supply the service that I requested and that I paid for and demanded that my entire meal be refunded or be replaced immediately. We were successful in getting our entire money back but this just shows that there’s a problem how I had to advocate for myself to get the service that I paid for or refund everything. Chipotle needs to stop mad excuses and get back to customer service because that’s what your business is about pleasing customers with what they ordered. I have plenty of pictures of what I ordered vs what I received and can send them to you if you would like. Please respond back if you would like.

The workers were fine and i understand working in the food industry but the place was an actual disaster. The counters were beyond filthy. The sour cream was not even white. Is this food even safe to eat? Hopefully I don’t get sick!

We weren't greeted when standing at the counter, just stared at. There was no friendly anything to acknowledge us. They are stingy with the meat on both of our meals. The girl just says what do you want on it with a unfriendly face. The food tasted fine. Everyone working here looks pissed that they have to interact with anyone and nobody smiles even when you are polite. It is very cold inside while sitting to eat your food. All around probably the worst Chipotle I've been to.

I just spent a lot of money to sit in a cold and very dirty restaurant. YUCK
We were there at 3:00... and not busy. The cook had to call someone 2x for us to get service. Not one table was clean and the garbages were overflowing onto the floor.
I wish I would have taken photos.

Visited the Wayzata location this week and was absolutely shocked at how filthy dirty it was. Everything from floors to tables to behind where they prep the food was next level filthy. It looked like it had not been cleaned in months. I was actually afraid to eat the food I ordered. What happened? It used to be a nice clean easy dinner on the go stop. Beyond gross!
