The only chipotle in 50 miles I'll go to. Always have all the ingredients, staff is clean and nice and my order is always right. Great job to whoever runs this one. Buy the Hopkins, Chan and minnetonka chipotles and implement what you've done in Wayzata- you'll be a millionaire.

Just next to no chicken on the bowl I would invest your time to go to the Ridgedale chipotle they actually give you good size portions this place just sends you on ur way as soon as possible with a bunch of filler sides basically giving you a veggie

Every table in the restaurant was dirty and no one attempted to clean the dining room the entire 30 minutes I was there. I had to pick the cleanest dirty table to sit at.

This location is horribly managed. I love chipotle food, but the service here is really bad. Don't bother ordering online - not only do they not prepare your online order in advance, but then you wait longer than you would have if you had just gone in and waited in line. They always have multiple staff standing around seemingly doing nothing while they have a line out the door. Avoid this location if you can.
This chipotle is missing dishes, and has overfilled garbages. I don’t know what happened to it. It used to be a really nice chipotle, it’s in Wayzata Minnesota, you would think it would be a flagship for chipotle.?I am hoping the owner of this franchise can clean it up a bit. And show the younger employees in the line what will make a difference for his or her business.Location will only take you so far. It is hard to clean up a bad name, or experience.Best of luck.

EVERYTIME I come to this location I have an issue with my order. I’m either missing things or my order is just wrong. I’m tired of spending money at this location and even tipping to pick up my order and it be INEDIBLE. Then you go to the customer service “chat with pepper” and you can’t even give a detailed description. I spent $41.00 and couldn’t even eat my food because of how much hot sauce was on it. I was missing my kids chip and the apple juice it came with. When I reported the order all I got was a free kids meal and 2 free fountain drinks. While my 41.00 just went down the drain. Won’t be spending my money at chipotle again. They have really dropped the ball on the quality of food and service they put out.

I've been here about 5 times - every time the tables and counter is covered in food. They do not clean anything during the day, ever. Without fail, it's the dirtiest restaurant that I've ever been to. The only people that eat here do so out of desperation for something quick. If you're desperate enough, OK, you've been warned. But if you aren't, I highly suggest going elsewhere. This is a management issue. There are at least 100 1-star reviews echoing the same issues I am sharing now. Management does not care and the employees do not, and will not, ever clean this establishment. It is truly a disgusting place to attempt to sit down and eat food at. This place is a total embarrassment and I won't be spending my money here anymore.

Got a quesadilla and one of my sides was the corn salsa. It was fully frozen pieces of corn. Could literally see freezerburn on it. Went to tell someone and they gave me another side of frozen corn. Why even have it available if it's not going to taste how it usually does? Gross.
