Frustrating because every time I’m there for pickup my food is 10 minutes late.
Update- customer service was very polite and quick to apologize which goes a long way in today’s world. Adding a star to the review for service. Food really is great.

I bought two fiesta bowls and when I got home neither one of them had salsa/sauce on them. Very dry!! One bowl also had the tag/sticker from the avocado in it!
Updated review: CRISP & GREEN listened and solved my problem. This is a great establishment with healthy food and kind staff.

I've eaten here at least 10 times and the last 3-4 times we've noticed that the salads appear to have some very wilted/old ingredients. The broccoli specifically. It is old and brown or over cooked. The last couple of times we have mentioned it, and the server will say "Oh it's just this batch" or "the other ingredients make it look brown". They never offer to remake it or offer a coupon for the next time. It's too bad because the salads are very spendy and I like the atmosphere, but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I took note of all the ingredients and will just make my own salad like the one I like at Crisp & Green at home.

This Crisp & Green location is my favorite! Their food is always fresh and tastes amazing. I can never get tired of eating the fiesta bowl or the bold and buffalo. The service is quick and efficient. They are polite and always ready to make any modifications that I have had. They also give helpful advice and recommendations for anything on the menu. This is also a kid friendly restaurant! When I took my niece here, the employees were attentive to her requests and talked patiently to her. Their kids size portions are perfect for children. Just enough to satisfy hunger yet not too much that it will go to waste.I can see why this location is always so busy. I would recommend this location for anyone who is looking for fast healthy food and reliable service!

We stopped in for late lunch and were the only people in the restaurant. Each table had old food, trays, or leftover crumbs. There were piles of dirty trays and dishes by the drink station. My husband and I ordered the exact same wrap and mine was a quarter the size of his. We were definitely shocked since the other locations we’ve been to have always been consistent and squeaky clean.

Order set for 12:15 pickup, wasn't ready until 12:40. That's a 25 min delay with no communication, no apologies, nothing.
If you're unable to handle the level of online orders, your system should have the ability to cut off times. You should also have some kind of a visible que so customers at least have some idea of what to expect.

We have been ordering from this place for a long time. Unfortunately, lately, the quality of food doesn't match their prices . We ordered a salad and a wrap today. The salad was the size of half of regula bowl and the wrap was the length of my fingers. And my fingers are not long. Let me add that the wrap costs over $14. When we cut it in half we found one small piece of chicken, 3 small pieces of sun dry tomatoes, lettuce and dressing... Will not be ordering there anymore.
Ordered online and showed up at the time they said my food would be ready. It was not ready, and I had to wait for over 20 minutes for my order. There was a whole group of order-ahead people waiting, and no one working there acknowledged us. Do not order online at this location! They do not give accurate times for when the food will be ready.

I am a huge fan of crisp and greens but I did not have a good experience at this location! The Indian girl had an attitude and was rude. They are so skimpy with the food. She had an attitude when I asked for more of a certain item because she gave like 3pcs. Seemed so uninterested in pleasing customers. I would avoid going to this location. Plus it’s messy!

We are in town from Michigan and loved this place. Jack, our server, was so pleasant, polite, and did an excellent job making our wrap. The food was fast but felt fresh and healthy. We would definitely come here again and might even do so a few more times before we leave. We split a wrap and there was plenty of food for us. However, someone could easily devour a whole wrap themselves. Pictured in the photos is Jack, so if you get him, you're lucky!

Ordered online. When I arrived 30 mins after I ordered, at my pick up time, it still hadn’t even been started! And waited another 10 min for it to even be started, even tho there was no other customer in sight. I was never acknowledged by the 5 employees who all saw me enter, and had to ask if my order was ready. Also, some of the toppings are lacking in quality, the croutons are literally stuffing cubes and bacon is totally salty bacon bits not actual freshly made bacon. Not ideal for my first experience so I will not be back.

5 stars for location, food, and service. Came in for an *affordable & healthy* meal after a lake day. First timers, so big cheers to Navaeah for outstanding recommendations and assistance with our custom “build your own” orders. ?
We also were able to get “to go” and ate out by the water for sunset.
