Frustrating because every time I’m there for pickup my food is 10 minutes late.

Update- customer service was very polite and quick to apologize which goes a long way in today’s world. Adding a star to the review for service. Food really is great.

I bought two fiesta bowls and when I got home neither one of them had salsa/sauce on them. Very dry!! One bowl also had the tag/sticker from the avocado in it!

I've eaten here at least 10 times and the last 3-4 times we've noticed that the salads appear to have some very wilted/old ingredients. The broccoli specifically. It is old and brown or over cooked. The last couple of times we have mentioned it, and the server will say "Oh it's just this batch" or "the other ingredients make it look brown". They never offer to remake it or offer a coupon for the next time. It's too bad because the salads...
