Went thru drive thru. Cheeseburger was warm on the outside, meat in the middle of bun was cold. Lettuce was soggy, not crisp like it should if made fresh. Bun looked like it had been on hamburger for sometime. This was not made fresh for me as advertising claims. Fries were also just warm.

Love they give my dog a pup cup every time I bring him with me and I've never been charged at this location for it!
Every time I have ordered curbside pickup they have screwed up my order

Went through drive-up and asked for little ice cream cups and was giving whip cream, and it’s hard for them to hear you. Food overall was pretty good.

A quick go to place for a fast and affordable dinner meal. I visited this location several times and I always find it to be clean, consistent, and fast. The dining area is definitely an upgrade when compared with McDonald's, Burger King, or even Wendy's. I've never had a service issue here where there was a problem with my order.

This is my normal culvers and I eat there often. Today 2 staff member I do not recognize, and may be new, I found to be disrespectful. The member who brought my food, aggressively shoved the food into my car and the staff that took my payment, although said all the right things, had a disrespectful tone and a hard glare. All in all, I understand it's busy as it's the lunch rush, but I do not appropriate how I was treated.
