Culver’s in general? I’d give them a 4. This specific location seems to consistently make mistakes with orders, and wait times can be ridiculous for simple items (like a scoop of vanilla ice cream)
I’ve come to expect at least one inconvenience every time I get food here, therefore it is at the bottom of the list as far as places to go, even with limited selection around town.

Went thru drive thru. Cheeseburger was warm on the outside, meat in the middle of bun was cold. Lettuce was soggy, not crisp like it should if made fresh. Bun looked like it had been on hamburger for sometime. This was not made fresh for me as advertising claims. Fries were also just warm.

We had a mix up in the drive thru on a milk shake flavor in the drive thru but they were more than happy to correct it.
Never had Culver's before, had to try it. Overall the food was pretty good and the Culver's brand root beer was really good as well. Thanks Culver's will definitely try again!
