Highly recommended! I heard Tom speak at Coffee Fest and then followed up for some help with a nearly-complete floor plan. He is extremely knowledgeable and gave a lot of useful suggestions which we could incorporate into our plan. Whether you're starting from scratch, or already far along, it's worth asking for their help.
