We sat at the bar and shared shrimp and a steak and fries. It was very good, the bartenders are very friendly and make a good martini. It's quite loud in the bar area, a little cramped, so if you have a hard time hearing it wouldn't be the place for you.

I expected much better from a restaurant with a steep price range, my wife's steak was served with the wrong cut that was ordered, I ordered a burger, they asked how to fry the cutlet, but they served the wrong cut, the fries with the burger are simply terrible, in a word, a very overrated place! But for such money you can have a much tastier dinner

My husband and I love Giannis !! The service is excellent in every way and the food and drinks are awesome. It has become our favorite place. I highly recommend Giannis for every occasion. It is the BEST !!!!
We had a great dinner, celebrating a birthday. The spun salad was fresh & light, filet was delicious, walleye dinner hit the mark and the sides of shrimp, fries and hashbrowns rounded out a great meal. Excellent wine list and very attentive service. Highly recommend!

Some of the ratings were do to where we were seated. I requested up front in the bay window (non-bar side) as we were with two seniors, with walkers, in our party of seven, and also because it is easier to hear up in that alcove; difficult to hear as you get into the back area. Our server was patient with both seniors (ages 91 and 86) who asked several menu questions. Service was prompt and the dishes were wonderful!!! Of course, we know the spun salad is always a hit, the sea bass marvelous and perfectly prepared, the steak... grand and cooked to perfection. We also had three deserts and each was marvelous (bananas foster, key lime pie and ???). I just know we had none to spare (lol). Although we are aware of the higher prices at Gianni's we were pleased with everything we received. And, will certainly return. We were there to celebrate three family birthdays... they made us feel special.

I felt very rushed! Both rushed to order and to eat. Removed the bread and butter without asking. Multiple times, staff asked if they could clear away plates while we were still chewing! I really appreciate attentive service but this was a bit too much. Our conversation was interrupted constantly. Walleye was just ok. Steak, scallops and green bean side were all amazing!
Excellent customer service and even better food. Will be going back. Highly recommend.

Great food and overall a good dining experience! It was a little loud and we felt slightly rushed by the staff - we were asked by two different bussers if we were done eating when we hadn't put our silverware down.

We had a flavorful dinner stylized with a cute little framed Happy Anniversary card. The steaks, salads and beverages were all delicious and the Bananas Foster was incomparable. The inviting and friendly staff snapped a few fun pictures and the mood was warm yet private. Based on our experience, we will be back!
