It was our first time at this restaurant and I most say never, ever again. I do not like to waist my money or time at restaurant that are undeserving of my time or money. The food was awful and tasteless. There is much better Chinese restaurants out there that care for their reputation and love ti make taste and delicious food. Do not waist your money.

This was a deeply disappointing experience from start to finish. The food was grossly overpriced for what we received, and the quality was poor across the board — bland flavors, questionable freshness, and nothing that justified the premium prices. For nearly $200, we expected at least competent Chinese food. We didn’t get it.

What made the experience even worse was the service at the counter. The woman running the cash register and assisting customers was miserable, curt, and unwelcoming, making it feel like we were an inconvenience rather than paying customers. No warmth, no courtesy, no attempt at basic hospitality.

When you combine expensive, low-quality food with unpleasant service, it’s impossible to recommend this place. There are far better options in the area that respect both your money and your time.

Placed a pickup order at 3:30 PM for 6:00 PM. When we called at 6, they hadn’t even started it. No apology, no explanation—just told us to come back after 8:00 PM instead. Now we’re eating hummus for Christmas dinner. Lol.

Completely unprofessional and a total waste of time. If you can’t handle pickup orders, don’t offer them. Won’t be returning.

We love Jade Fountain. While the restaurant is small, that's part of what makes the dining experience. It is family owned and everyone is so kind. The food is excellent and the portions are good for the price; a few main dishes are enough to share for a family of 4 (depending on how much each person eats). I also always enjoy the hot tea they serve. I highly recommend Jade Fountain.

I work late, wanted Chinese food that was open at the time and remembered that this place wasn't bad so I did a very simple order of sesame paste noodles and sesame chicken because that's my go to. Sesame noodles were solid but the chicken was dry and giving freezer burnt. Couple hours later I threw up from food poisoning. Anyways, I might've been able to tolerate all that again if this place were not more expensive and quantifiably less flavorful than Leeann Chin(went there the next day and the comparison was like fine dining). Can't wait for the owner to explain what makes the food worth the same price as PF Changs

First time eating here was 8/17/24. There were so many flies that I started killing them myself! My friend didn't want to leave. The entree wasn't good. The appetizers were. The Dept. of Health (OSHA?) should be notified of the fly infestation. I can't imagine how many are in the kitchen. Service was very slow, it was only my friend & I. Eventually a few people arrived. Most people seem to pick up their takeout, more than dine in. I do NOT plan on going there again.

Took a bite of my beef with garlic sauce and felt something sharp slice the roof of my mouth. Spit it out and found a metal staple in the beef. If I would’ve swallowed that, I would’ve ended up in the hospital.
