Stopped around 7:30 pm on 12-4-25. Two employees saw me but just stood there. Didn't greet me or come to the register to take my order. No other customers in the store. It was so creepy I just left. This place used to be good.
It's been years since I last went to Jimmy John's and after today's visit, the long absence will continue. As for the food, not a big fan of just one type (Provolone) of cheese. I ordered a giant tuna and the disappointment was the tuna was wet (instead of mixing mayo with dry tuna) it was unstrained tuna with mayo applied to the bun. Service was fast and I feel for the line staff as they really try to make a positive experience, however, all the tables were dirty, had to ask for napkins, and the price was on the high end of the fast food spectrum. When I went to Google to write this review, the first thing I noticed was the overall rating of 3.5? and one star reviews immediately below it. In closing, I can't recommend.

Run from this place. Stay away; dirty floors, dirty tables, garbage on the floor, garbage cans overflowing. I waited 49 minutes at 6:10pm, with three people in front of me, for my sandwich . . my single sandwich! The employees were upset, complaining about the customers. One employee threw her uniform in the garbage can, quit her job by yelling at the customers, and stormed out of the building. Lots of screaming! This place is without competent management. I live in the town where this restaurant is located. I've eaten here for years. But it has changed for the worse. Stay away.

Ordered sandwiches tonight, walked in and it was not busy. Waiting forever because the employees were slow to do two sandwiches and a mini. Noticed customers that had come in and ordered at the counter after us getting their order and so I asked where our order was. Your employee gave me the most disgusted look, said they were working on it and then proceeded to talk about me to his coworker. Teach your people how to treat customers with respect. Nobody said anything rude or mean to him. He needs an attitude adjustment. To top it off they made one sandwich wrong and then gave us the completely wrong sandwich for another.
The Plymouth store could teach your employees how to be great representatives for the company.

Waited 35 minutes for two sandwiches to day at lunch. One simply salami and cheese the other a No. 4 with no toms add cheese. Both sandwiches were wrong. Won't be back. I understand you were training folks. Maybe do that outside of peak hours.

The young dude at the counter was too busy making TikTok dance videos to incredibly loud and vile music to actually do any of part of his job.

They catered my childs first birthday party! It was perfect and just enough food for everyone! They even delivered! Thank you! You guys are awesome! They go above and beyond the rest! Thank you Jessie!
