Staff were rude and gave me a dirty look after leaving no tip. Prepared my sandwich wrong

Sadly… mobile orders since Covid have killed what used to be a quick takeout business. I’ve been waiting over 15 minutes for my order of 3 subs. No excuse. I feel bad for the staff that works here.Go to the JJ off Vicksburg in Plymouth instead. They are still freaky fast.

I had placed an order 11:25am. I arrived at the store at 11:40am. My order wasn’t ready. 3 different groups of people who came in after me had ordered their food and it was made before mine. One of the workers was very slow, to the point they seemed high. I didn’t receive my order until 11:57am. I don’t think that is appropriate at all. I usually never complain and understand working at a restaurant and things happen but this was very bad customer service. I only made the review so that the staff can improve.

Placed an order for delivery. An hour and 15 minutes later I called and they said - oh yeah we cancelled it as we don’t have drivers. Really? How was I supposed to know that and no I never received an email, a text or anything stating that. Haven’t received a refund either. Terrible. What a joke. Awful management.

Sloppy sandwiches. Incorrect orders.Blaring music!! Had to ask them to turn it down because we couldn’t even hear each other speaking. The music they were playing was rap music and every song in the 20 minutes we were there was about sex, not kid/restaurant appropriate. (I like 90’s rap as much as any millennial, but come on, there’s a time and a place!)Workers had their butts/underwear visible, pants well below butt cheeks. One worker had ear buds in and wouldn’t listen when we asked for napkins.Another worker walked away without saying anything and without finishing our order and we had to stand and wait until someone else came up front from the back. Piles of garbage that you had to climb over and around to get to the bathrooms… Just awful!!Not what I’d expect for the area and location.

Hit or miss…..Sometimes they’re great but sometimes not…Took 2 hours to get my food delivered which whatever fine…. But then the order was wrong too….Idk how you take two hours to make a sandwich and not make sure the order was correct. No refund. They offered to remake it and deliver it but I didn’t want to risk waiting another two hours for lunch.

We ordered 7 sandwiches, 3 sodas, a chip and cookie. After an hour, received 7 sandwiches (not correct order), no sodas, chips or cookie. Driver came back later with sodas, but still no cookie or chips. We gave up. ?

Terrible location. order for 10:30am "NO drivers for delivery's tell 11am". wait tell 11:30, now "NO paper to print order to make/ deliver". what I'm told when I've had to contact the store multiple times about my order.

Freaky fast more like freaky slow. Online order wasn’t ready until 20 minutes after the window. Totally unacceptable.

Everyone has been complaining about the staff, then they got new staff and people are complaining about there being new staff. There are clearly issues with the online ordering and also seems like it was a system forced on a location that was not prepared for the massive orders coming in left and right. Staff is very friendly and you can tell they are all working their butts off. If you’re just patient, orders come out smoothly and the staff is very polite and respectful despite being harassed in a stressful environment. I was waiting for a sandwich for 15 mins or so, not a big deal. During that time 5 of the 7 customers that came in were very rude and hostile towards a group of employees doing their best during the lunch rush on a weekend. It’s not like they are standing around doing nothing, all the workers were working hard despite having issues with their systems and computers, none of which are their fault. If you can’t be patient or polite then just stay home and make your own sandwich because they don’t deserve to be harassed for working hard to please ungrateful, angry and entitled people all day.

We've used JJ's a lot in the past, but lately it's a mess. I placed two different orders in the mobile app this week, both between 5:45pm-6:45pm on weeknights and both times the store was closed. Monday evening we waited over an hour for the food and finally drove by the store to find them closed. I called the next business day the store was open to get a refund for that order (July 5th). Despite having a confirmation email, confirmation number, and seeing the charge on my AMEX I was told they couldn't find the order and could only give me a credit. I was assured I could use the credit online next time I ordered. I tried again to order on July 6th at 5:50pm and there was no credit in my account. I went ahead and paid on my credit card instead. Two minutes later I got a call that once again the store was closed. At least this time I am getting a direct credit card refund. I no longer want a store credit for the first order, as it is of no use to me if the store isn't open during dinner time. Now I am having to wait for authorization from another manager to get credited for my first order. Dealing with this has been a huge waste of my time. While it's annoying to not have them open during normal dinner hours, none of this would have been an issue if they would simply shut down the app from taking orders when the store isn't actually open. If the mobile app isn't built to allow this, it's a huge functionality fail by the developers.

Last 5 times here (Wayzata) or St. Louis Park location always closed, even during normal business hours. What’s going on? Used to always be reliable. Hard to do business if never open.

An hour and 40 minutes and still no food… The girl on the phone cried and said she was left alone on her first day. We called to ask if we should cancel and were told they would get in trouble. Obviously the management must be horrible.

Did an online order for chipotle for my niece, and Jimmy Johns for myself. Chipotle had half the order ready, let me stand there for 15 minutes before acknowledging me to get the rest of my order which they didn’t have ready so it was another 10 minutes to get. My order at Jimmy Johns was ready 6 minutes after the order. After 30 seconds of standing by the pick up area, the cashier asked if I was there for an online order, I said yes and she asked my name. I said to take their time cause I was early. I had my order not even 2 minutes after. So if you’re hungry, and in a hurry- their “freaky fast” slogan is no joke, especially at a busy busy lunch hour.
